Ht. 5'5", Start: 250 lb, Today: 248 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - what are some ways to strenghten arms without equipment or doing push ups???

wall pushups (they're a bit easier than the real ones- just push yourself from the wall with your arms), plank and downward dog yoga positions are amazing for arm strength/toning! Also- just get some hand weights (I have 3lb which i use for 30 day shred, 5lbs which i hope to use soon for 30 day shred as i get stronger, 10lb which i use for strength training, and 15lb which i hope to build up to for strength training).
