Ht. 5'2", Start: 163 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 120 lb - aghh today was bad :( i ate and ate and ate and then i didn't even work out :( i'm scared to weigh myself. oh well i hope tomorrow goes better! i can't get down and just give up because i had a bad day.. i've done that too many times!!

I think you should just weigh in anyways. I've lost 10 lbs over the past 2 months with daily weigh ins. It really helps because you can see how what you do affects your weight, and adjust your eating habits and exercise accordingly.
Even on days where I binge I make myself do the weigh in, sometimes it's not nearly as bad as I thought, other times it may say I've gained 2 lbs overnight, but that just gives me more motivation to work hard and lose those 2 lbs I've gained.

im on the same boat LOL! i am so scared to weigh in tomorrow.. i was so happy this morning getting into the 150s and then i didnt exercise today and ate some ice cream :( and tomorrow if i weigh in i know ima be like 160 again after all the comotion i caused this morning screaming im in the 150s lol. dont worry though i know what we should do.. just dont weigh in at all tomorrow and work out twice as hard and eat healthy.. by doing this we are gaining for motivation and thats exactly what we need! and remember we are only cheating YOURSELVES.
