Ht. 6'0", Start: 240 lb, Today: 221.4 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 180 lb - havnt really lost weight for a few weeks now but im sooo surprised i havnt gained any...ive been eating complete crap ...cookies icecream...evvverythin!!! but ivebeen workiing outso i guess thats been maintaining my weight...i just got back from a mile run...and im gonna go for 1.5 miles when it cools off tonight...wish me luck and i hope all yall are doing just a little better than i am. :D

YES! and you know what.. if she can do it.. so can you ;) i know there are rough times but dont let that get the best of you. :)

omgthts tiny....im not planning on losing anymore than 40 more pounds...healthy weight range is 160-190 or something for a 6 foot girl...i dont wanna be tiny...lol but good for your friend thats an amazing accomplishment!

you remind me of my friends sister. she use to be around your weight i think [250] i think.. and 6 feet tall.. and now she is 140 pounds. and she is FIT!! i know you can do it!! just stay focus. even though you arent losing weight look at the bright side, hey you arent gaining any weight right? just stay positive.. we all know weight loss isnt easy.. i mean it didnt take us weeks to pound all this weight on and it sure in the hell wont come off in a few weeks. you already lost almost 20 pounds.. so what makes you think you cant lose another 20? i know you can do it!!good luck kristi :)

maybe you should try to eat more fiber because when i do that i eat less overall and you feel crazy full. and it helps you lose weight without that many calories.
