Ht. 5'3", Start: 190 lb, Today: 178.6 lb (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 130 lb - ahh every time I get to a new low weight I start binging and stop exercising and I don't know why!
Today I got to 178.6, and then my sister called and asked if I wanted anything from the store, and I said a bag of chips,a nd ate the entire thing! Then my dad brought me a can of sprite and I thought of saying no, but I just gave in and drank it. Ugh last time I stopped exercising and kept eating and eating for 10 days, and gained about 7 lbs, this time I'm NOT going to do that, I'm going for a walk as soon as I'm done typing this and I'm going to eat better tomorrow.
At least it helps to think that my 'bad' weigh in days now are what my 'good' weigh in days used to be.

im the same! i start getting some where and think it wont hurt if i jst have this or that. but thn it becomes habbit and before you no it ur back were u started. its having the willpower. this is the thing i need the most. being able to say "do i really need this, am i hungry" but its hard u jst got to keep it up! good luck :)

I do the same thing when I reach a new low weight! Its cause when you get to that point we feel like notting can put us back to were we started,,but it does! and it sucks when we slip up for a day or two and all our hard work from that week is gone! ....just think,,do I really want this? do i really need this> will it make me happy ?

Good for you Jess!! Think about the future and let go of the past. Be optimistic! If you want to loose weight there is one thing you MUST have and it is willpower. When you have a can of sprite sitting in front of you, picture yourself in your new body. Fit and happy! Is a sprite really worth holding you back? Will you regret it in five minutes? The answer is always YES!!
