Ht. 5'9.5", Start: 167 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 160 lb - i know this has been asked many times, but how do you do the 30 day shred?

yea i did it for a month and i lost 11 lbs and ppl could actutally see a difference in my body and that i lost some weight so that was good that my hard work paid off

uhmm i've done the workouts but not the diet....btw the workouts work but it gets kind of boring after you repeat the workouts so many timess
