Ht. 5'3", Start: 163 lb, Today: 132 lb, Goal: 110 lb - I'm proud of myself. I just lost another 2 pounds since last week. And i have officially lost 30 pounds from my starting weight. I'm soooo happy. So anyways, today, I'm not really on my diet not because i want to but just for other reasons. So i had breakfast and i had about 360 calories. After that i just wasnt hungry all day. So now its dinner. And i have about another 900 calories to eat. I dont want to stuff myself so I'm just going to eat whatever my mom makes. It isnt unhealthy or anything, but i just dont know how many calories are in it. One day "off" my diet won't kill me. How's everybody else doing?
