Ht. 5'4", Start: 200 lb, Today: 186 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 125 lb - hi everyone, i haven't been on here in a while but i have not been eating very well at all... i need some motivation. my mo just bought me a pair of shorts that are a size 12 and i am a size 14, the shorts fit but are a little tight. my mini goal is to lose 10 pounds before school starts August 3 so the shorts will fit better... and from then on to lose 8 pounds a month until i go to 130 or 125... i want and need to be at my weight before my 17th birthday March 1st.. what do u guys think? wish me luck.. and if u don't want to tell me over this my email adress is zacefronchica@hotmail.com or myspace me at myspace.com/minaloveszace

you can do it. the way i lost weight was by exercising every other day and eating a LOT of food in the morning and by the end of the day eating much less for instance fruits and small rice and yogurt. i lost 15 pounds in one month by doing this . although i took 3 weeks off . lol. i was so tired and didnt have any motivation to keep me going. but now i lost 3 pounds this week and there is nothing holding me back. time goes by fast so i think about myself and my ideal figure by january 2010 and i get excited. i know its hard right now just keep going strong!! i know you can do it. my goal before school starts [septembber] is to lose 20 pounds [146] i know its going to be hard but i know im capable of doing it and so can you. we need to stay focus and go strong! we can even be weight loss buddies if you want hehe :)
