Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 160 lb - gah. soo lately ive been doing pretty amazing with the diet.. the only problem is i can not find time toexercise. ive been so busy with work, and when i finally get a moment to myself im just too tired to do it. oh well, at least im not going crazy with the eating.. thats my biggest problem. i guess next week ill exercise more, i work less so ill actually have time, and i normally work late shifts (til 1 2 or 3 in the morning) but this week i dont, so i can walk to and from work without having to be scared of walking home at 3am lol anyways hope everyones doing great!!!

its just my mini-goal. my overall is between 145-150. at 160 i wont be considered overweight anymore but ill be the judge of that lol

Is 160 your mini-goal or your final one?
