Ht. 5'3", Start: 175.8 lb, Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - Hey again! I just wanted to post something on here to, sort of, make it official; today, I am planning on doing my 30 day shred (day 2 of level 3, eeep!) and then, also on Youtube lol, doing at least 20 minutes of her mostly cardio workout: Banish Fat, Boost Metabolism. Since I kinda fell off the wagon, I'm going to try an incorporate that workout along with the shred at least 3 times so I can get back on the wagon. lol! Wish me luck!! It looks SUPEEEERRRR DUPEEERRRR hard. Well, then again, so did level 3 and I got through it--somehow... ^_^

Well, I stopped for about 2 weeks so...I'll tell you in about 2 weeks.
