Ht. 5'3", Start: 175.8 lb, Today: 168 lb, Goal: 160 lb - Yes. I gained 4 pounds. How? I've eaten brownies TWICE this week, banana bread (w/ 300 calories a slice), ice cream, no-bake cookies, pizza, Wendy's, Coke...! Basically, I've eaten crud. So, today, I had healthy cereal for breakfast, I'm eating tuna for lunch (maybe in a salad), chicken for dinner w/ vegetables. I need to eat extremely strict this week. Plus, I'm on level 3 of 30 day shred. So, that combined should help put me back on track... My mom says some of the weight might be from starting to use 2 pound weights instead of water bottles...? What do you guys think?
