Ht. 5'7.7", Start: 175 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 145 lb - okay im totally confused with how to lose weight now! i know that you have to exercise and eat well, but should i be counting calories? and if that is what i do, is 1500 too high? then how much exercise would i need? i need to see a nutritionist haha

1500 is not too high. I usually aim for 1500 =) Plus you burn calories by doing absoloutely nothing, just breathing, sitting, sleeping, whatever. It's natural. Taking in 1500cals, then burning off your natural calories, plus calories from exercise, sounds like a plan to me! haha =) good luck!

no 1500 is perfect for u height dont go any lower

it depends on your height.
i'd say you should aim for about 12500 calories per day though.
