Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 158 lb - okay so, i ate 1200 calories today, give or take a few... didnt exercise though. i just feel lazy and crappy because im all bloated and what not from pms. my diet sucked today, although i ate within my calories my lunch consisted mainly of choclate. my grandma bought it for me and gave it to my mom to give me. evil evil evil. lol its alright though, i needed it. i havent had chocolate in what feels like AGES. tomorrow im eating better though, and exercising so i should be good. its soo hard getting back in once you slip. i dunno why.... oh well. good luck guys
