Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 158 lb - okay so, i ate 1200 calories today, give or take a few... didnt exercise though. i just feel lazy and crappy because im all bloated and what not from pms. my diet sucked today, although i ate within my calories my lunch consisted mainly of choclate. my grandma bought it for me and gave it to my mom to give me. evil evil evil. lol its alright though, i needed it. i havent had chocolate in what feels like AGES. tomorrow im eating better though, and exercising so i should be good. its soo hard getting back in once you slip. i dunno why.... oh well. good luck guys

well don't eat alot of choclate cuz you gain more wait might be good to eat choclate once a week. well just keep it up and try hard.P.S don't give up amanda.

omg i know exactly how you ill slip and have a bowl of chocolate icecream...thats my weakness..llike ill have it for lunch lol..and stick to my calories but then the next day i want it too...anyways grandmas always buy junkfood...ive learned that thats basically their job...just keep your head up and youll get back into the swing of things...ur body needed that chocolate! lol well didnt need it but you kno what i mean! and also i kno what you mean about feeling lazy...idk if youll read my post i wrote earlier but i basically cant work out because of how much i work and im just drained...ifeel like i need to go do something but i just cant!!! dont worry though keep up your head...and everything will eventually go your way :D
