Ht. 5'1", Start: 204 lb, Today: 136.6 lb (BMI: 26), Goal: 115 lb - Soooo, I don't think I've seen this number on the scale since my elementary school days =P.
I really, really hope I can reach my goal weight before I leave in December. It's a stretch, so I'd be happy with 125 or less, but still, it'd be nice to be the weight I'm SUPPOSED to be.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 265 lb, Today: 238 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 135 lb - hello everyone, so i have been in school for almost 3 weeks and i've workouted atleast 4 times everyweek since i've been here. I'm very proud of myself for staying on this path because coming back to school was my biggesr worry.i don't know if i've lost any weight but i do know i haven't gained some days are better than others but i know i'll get better at dealing with always having bad food around me without touvhing it. For september 24 i would like to lose 2-6 pounds. Lets get to it everyone =) we can do this stay positive and remember we are incontrol have a good week everyone =)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI: 24), Goal: 145 lb - Okay so I slipped up over the last 2 months and gained 5 pounds back. Not a big deal though, I'll lose it again. I need to take this seriously because otherwise I'll end up gaining more and more. This guy I was seeing all summer moved back home (about 6 hours away, he was only here for college) and he wants to come visit me and vice versa, so I'd like to lose 10 pounds so I feel good about myself when we see eachother again. Not only that, but I want to be around 150 for Christmas because i always gain a few pounds around that time of year (as does everyone I assume) and i'd like to get as low as possible by then so it won't bother me as much. Also, it'd be nice to look good in family photos. I hope everyone is doing well, and keep up the awesome work :)

Ht. 5'1", Start: 204 lb, Today: 139.8 lb (BMI: 26), Goal: 115 lb - I finally (albeit slightly) broke the barrier! I'm really trying hard to hit 129-130 by the end of the month, which is a long shot, but maybe the muscle I'm building will help with that.
Hey, does anyone find it hard when losing weight to fit into clothes properly? I don't want to buy new things until I'm closer to my goal, but my wardrobe selection is shrinking rapidly so most of the time I still look like I'm heavier than I am because of the baggy clothes.
I suppose it's worth it in the end though. Can't wait to shock my extended family at Thanksgiving =D!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 170 lb, Today: 168 lb (BMI %tile: 88), Goal: 150 lb - I havent posted on this site since I was 14 and I am now 19. I didn't realize it then but I was way too obsessed over my weight and getting on the scale. I am ready to get back on here and do it the right way instead of starving myself and looking at the scale every hour. I have overcome a lot in these past years and I dont know what drove me to this site again but I decided I would take a look.
This website really is great and I am going to continue posting.
I didn't realize how unhealthy my mentality was at the time. Now that I have worked on that, I am ready to jump back into a physical healthy lifestyle and be happy overall.

Not the best thing to do but supprisly i didn't gain any weight. I came right back to school and started my workouts and eating as healthy as i can. I'm so glad I found this place, I've been trying to go it alone but it's so hard, I've only managed 6lbs in the last 4 weeks. Ht. 5'7", Start: 194 lb, Today: 194 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 147 lb - I've been struggling with my weight all my life and have gained ten pounds over the last few months, putting me into the obese category :( My BMI is 30.4 and I'm thirty pounds overweight, but one day I would like to get down to 147, which means losing 47 lbs. I've a long way to go but I know I need to do this, I'm not happy with my appearance and also I'm scared of the health risks - I need to lose a lot of weight around my belly, it's 43 inches atm which I know is dangerous. I really want to lose weight as I'm starting college and want to be healthy and confident... it would be nice to have a motivational mate to email most days etc around the same age, male or female, with similar weight loss goals... I think it would help me stay on track. Comment if you're interested!

Not that big of a deal but i can really see the diffirance in how my pants fit. I started school on monday and my friends have been helping me out since tuesday we have been waking up early and working out before classes start and in a month i am hoping to lose 8 to 10 pounds because thank god fried doesn't call me anymore lol. So my next goal is 230 wish me luck =)

Ht. 5'1", Start: 204 lb, Today: 140.6 lb (BMI: 27), Goal: 115 lb - I'm sick of the 140s!! This has been the hardest plateau BY FAR! It's weird too, because I've heard the hardest part of weight loss is the last 10-15 pounds, and I'm not quite there yet.
In happier news, my husband and I have been running pretty regularly to build stamina for the 5k in a couple of months. So nervous about finishing last...I hope there are people out there more out of shape than I am =D.

I've started college again, and for the past few days, I've reverted back to my horrible eating habits. However, I have been exercising every morning. Now I'm going to really focus on limiting the amount of processed foods I intake. I notice that when I combine junk food and exercise, I get aching cramps that last for the whole day. I also get really tired. So now I'm going to make sure 85% of my diet is composed of healthy foods. I'll try to do another post next Wednesday. God Bless:)

Well this past year i went away to college and gained like 40 pounds. The past 3 months i've been workingout eating healthy and i managed to lose about 35 pounds. Now i'm heading back to school on sunday and for some reason i've fall back into my old ways for about a week. I'm not giving up at all it hasn't even crossed my mind i will keep trying my hardest even if i fall a few times. I just wanted to post my story here to get some support which i really need at the moment.
BTW if anyone has tips on how to eat healthy in school please do tell, anything from easy foods to make to how to stay away from the ice cream lol. It would be awsome and comgrats to all those who have lost weight ya'll are awsome =)

I'm not going to starve myself just because I want to be skinny. Which exercises I should start doing? Stop I walk/run?
