Ht. 5'3", Start: 220 lb, Today: 220 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 175 lb - i don't know if this is my actual weight at the moment im trying to avoid the scales...I haven't been on here in so long and i think i need you guys !!! i think i have been so comfortable with my life that i have forgotten how important it is to eat sensibly and be healthy !!!
I have just ordered some Zumba dvds and im hoping that being able to exercise at home is going to be the kick start that i need... does anybody have any tips / positive experiences of zumba anything would be appreciated.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 163 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 155 lb - So I must have been majorly dehydrated because I was 163 Around November 27th, then had my time of the month, and afterward it said I was 165! I was pissed. But I avoided the scale for a week and I'm back down. I'm doing soooo well with my eating, it's the water intake that is my problem. As soon as I don't drink enough, my body holds on to all this water and my weight shoots up. Anyways, hoping to be around 160lbs by christmas, and at this rate I know I can do it. My clothes fit soo much better already. Hope you're all doing great! Happy Holidays :)

I was looking at myself in the mirror and don't understand how I let myself go so badly. i look so old and tired. My youngest son is embarrassed of me, he won't let me be around his friends and he rather go to there house then to let them come to his. It's not his fault I'm a hot mess. I need help and support from people who know's what I'm talking about and feeling. So I hope I have come to the rite place. Well here goes I will keep you up dated. Anyway I totally forgot about this site and just typed in the name and saw that it was still in existence! so glad. I remember all the support that I received here :) and motivation. You girls are strong, keep going. I'm almost at my goal but it's so frustrating you know, what with finals coming up especially :( but I won't give up. Also, I'm getting married soon! (next month) so I really want to lose the extra belly fat so I can make a beautiful bride. I'm determined to lose it. I don't have much time :\

Ht. 5'10", Start: 301 lb, Today: 232 lb (BMI: 33), Goal: 200 lb - I am extremely frustrated with trying to lose more weight! I had a baby a yr ago and since have lost all my pregnancy weight but have been stuck going up and down the same 3 lbs for the last 6 months! I just don't know what to do :(

I dunno how I dropped 1.8 pounds since yesterday.Maybe it's because I did laundry allllll day and cleaned, and didn't eat much (i was very busy) I'm probably a little dehydrated but hey, it's great either way haha hope you're all still in the game. (this board is incredibly dead lately I feel like I'm talking to myself).

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165.6 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 155 lb - SWEET! So, now that I know I lost water weight, I'm down to 165.6 and steadily losing 0.2 pounds per day, so weekly i'll be losing 1.4 lbs. Definitely not an incredible loss but I know from experience that when I lose weight too fast, I gain it back and then some. This way, it will be steady consistent PERMANENT weight loss. I'm also starting a full time job at the hospital starting on Monday (just graduated college yaay!) So from 7am-3pm I will be busy and will be packing healthy low calorie lunches. It's just going to be hard not to snack at night which I am very used to. So at this rate, I'll be 160lbs by Christmas (mini goal) and then close to 155 by my 23rd birthday in January. I'm very positive right now that I can do this! Hope everyones doing great, good luck!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 166.8 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 155 lb - I haven't been on here in months. I've been so lazy and undetermined. I don't understand how or why but I totally lacked motivation and drive over the course of the last 4-5 months. I think it was the stress of finishing college and finding a job. But the good news is that I started up again 3 days ago and I'm going strong. I've already lost 1 pound (prob. mostly water). I will be a bridesmaid in my best friends wedding in August, and we went for a dress fitting on Saturday and picked out this beautiful black dress for us all to wear. I loved the way I looked, except for my flabby arms. So I've decided to diet and exercise to get back down to my lowest weight of 155 for the official fitting in February (There's no going back after that. Once it's ordered I'm stuck with that size) so I really want to stick with this and get this stupid fat off!... (view more)
