Ht. 5'3", Start: 190 lb, Today: 210 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 175 lb - I don't know what's going on!!!! ive been eating healthier, no more snacking and more thank 5 a day fruit and veg, i walk for about 1.5 hrs a day and yet ive managed to gain 20 lbs in a couple of months ?!?! im doing fitness dvds and a lot more exercise. Please can someone help me cos right now im about to give up, i was skinnier when i was unhealthier if that makes sense! x

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - so today i started the GI diet (for those of you who haven't heard of it, it's a diet where you eat foods with a low glycemic index rating, so foods that don't spike insulin levels. examples would be egg whites lettuce chicken veggie burgers, steak, fruit, etc) and so far so good. i wasn't hungry between breakfast and lunch which is a first for me. i guess its true the more sugars and carbs in the food the hungrier youll be shortly after. apparenty you can eat as much of the "green light" foods as you like, but id still rather count my calories as well in case i go overboard. i'll let you guys know of any weight changes in a week or two to see if this works as well as i've been told it does. good luck everyone!

I was watching some videos on youtube and i saw that some of us are worried about lose skin. Well looking through p90x before and after they looked so good and some girls had given birth so they're skin was really stretched out. I got the program along with insanity and hip hop abs on ebay they are very hard and intense but they work magic along with a healthy diet. Just thought i'd share that with ya good luck everyone =)

Ht. 5'4", Start: 239 lb, Today: 185.6 lb (BMI: 32), Goal: 165 lb - so i will be a freshman at famu this fall. i have a little more than two months to meet my goal of 20lbs. i used to be able to lose 13lbs a month but that was when i had school and other things occupying me and my time. but now i am unemployed. single. and at home with my mother! whats worse is my mother doesnt cook so i (on most nights) cook for my whole family, who prefers unhealthy fried food, starches and carbs. I have pretty strong willpower i can look past sweets and control my eating but when it comes to unnecessary movement i just dont. i'd love to work out for 3hrs a day 6 days a week but i dont know if i am biting off more than i can chew.... i am at a loss of what to do but really want to lose the 20lbs. I am Florida a&m university bound and ....i mean its florida! beach bodies are like a must! the weather is hot almost all year and i dont even want to see a pair of shorts right now!!!!!! HELP ME!!!!!!!!

Ht. 6'0", Start: 280 lb, Today: 280 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 215 lb - hi guys so im really fed up with my weight last summer i was 220 ish and since then ive blown up i wnt from a 36 waist to a 44 ish waist and my doctor thought i had diabetes i just cant stop eating please give me advice i might consider lipo or a lap band im not even earing that much and i keep on gaining is bypass surgury a good idea? i used to be heatly and in good shape now im obese and out of shape pleas help

Ht. 5'2", Start: 265 lb, Today: 227 lb (BMI: 42), Goal: 165 lb - hey everyone sorry i didn't answer about the weight loss competition i thought we should do i was away with some friends so i got a scale and idk if it's correct since it was just sitting around in my house but it says i weigh 227 which would mean i lost 7 pounds this month. I have some news i wont be able to be posting weekly starting the 19th becuase i got a job at a camp so i'm going to be away for 8 weeks. I will still be trying my best to lose weight becuase this is a life style i have to keep up forever so i'll still be working out and eatting right. For the girls that answered my last post i want a way for us to stay in touch this whole summer and keep at this because it's helpful when you must report yourself to someone soo idk how we would do this the more people that join the better lets make this summer happen with the weightloss guys no more waiting. for all those of you who ... I can SEE the difference especially in my stomach, and my clothes fit a lot looser, and yet, the scale keeps fluctuating between 166 and 167 when a few days ago i weighed 165. like WHAT THE HEEELLLLL. maybe i'm retaining water? it can't be muscle, since I haven't been working out much. just eating around 1400 cals a day of healthy foods, hardly any bread, and lots of protein. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr sorry I'm just irritated haha

Ht. 5'7", Start: 248.6 lb, Today: 245.2 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - So I have something that I need to get off my chest.. Does nobody else fear what their body will look like once they've lost weight? I know I'll be healthier when I'm at my goal weight but inside, all I can think of is the fact that I'm going to have saggy skin (I fear my arms and stomach most) and all of my stretch marks will still be there, and I have them literally everywhere! Arms (even the outside), abdomen, thighs, calves, back. They're EVERYWHERE! It's all I can think about.. How I'll be really proud once I've managed to reach my goal, but I'll still despise the way my body looks, and I'll never ever be able to wear a bikini like my friends do. PLEASE tell me I'm not alone in this! How do you guys deal with it? I hope everyone's doing well and keeping on track x

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - so its been about 2 weeks and i've lost around 2 pounds. probably more but this weekend i ate a ton of crap. weekends are brutal for me. if i go out friday nights saturday is spent eating greasy hangover food. but this week is a new week. hopefully by next monday ill be 163-164. hope everyones doing well :)

Ht. 5'7", Start: 247 lb, Today: 214 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 160 lb - Hey guys, I've always been on the heavy side, and ive been trying to lose weight for as long as i can remember, even when i was little. Im so sick of being the heavy girl. Im the heaviest out of my friends by far. My family is on the heavy side as well but i dont feel like i get the weight loss support from my family that i would like. In the past year ive really been trying to get serious and lose weight. This summer im hopeing to have weight loss crack down and drop some serious pounds. I want to start running but im finding it really hard to get into, and i can never seem to push myself to work harder. If anyone has any tips or advice please share, or if anyone wants to be online weight loss buddies let me know!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 265 lb, Today: 234 lb (BMI: 43), Goal: 165 lb - Hey everyone it's been a tough 4 days but i've been eat pretty well, there are still somethings i need to eliminate out of my diet in order to lose even more weight. As of right now i don't have a scale so idk if i've lost weight since coming home the past two weeks. But i did want to put an idea out there if anyone wants to join me maybe we should have a little freindly competition and see who can lose the most weight this summer. I think that would be a nice way to push eachother and help eachother, maybe we could all have like monday weigh ins or something once i get a scale lol. If you like the idea please comment and keep going at it everyone =)
