Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - I'm getting very frusterated. I can SEE the difference especially in my stomach, and my clothes fit a lot looser, and yet, the scale keeps fluctuating between 166 and 167 when a few days ago i weighed 165. like WHAT THE HEEELLLLL. maybe i'm retaining water? it can't be muscle, since I haven't been working out much. just eating around 1400 cals a day of healthy foods, hardly any bread, and lots of protein. grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr sorry I'm just irritated haha

Ht. 5'7", Start: 248.6 lb, Today: 245.2 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 140 lb - So I have something that I need to get off my chest.. Does nobody else fear what their body will look like once they've lost weight? I know I'll be healthier when I'm at my goal weight but inside, all I can think of is the fact that I'm going to have saggy skin (I fear my arms and stomach most) and all of my stretch marks will still be there, and I have them literally everywhere! Arms (even the outside), abdomen, thighs, calves, back. They're EVERYWHERE! It's all I can think about.. How I'll be really proud once I've managed to reach my goal, but I'll still despise the way my body looks, and I'll never ever be able to wear a bikini like my friends do. PLEASE tell me I'm not alone in this! How do you guys deal with it? I hope everyone's doing well and keeping on track x

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - so its been about 2 weeks and i've lost around 2 pounds. probably more but this weekend i ate a ton of crap. weekends are brutal for me. if i go out friday nights saturday is spent eating greasy hangover food. but this week is a new week. hopefully by next monday ill be 163-164. hope everyones doing well :)

Ht. 5'7", Start: 247 lb, Today: 214 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 160 lb - Hey guys, I've always been on the heavy side, and ive been trying to lose weight for as long as i can remember, even when i was little. Im so sick of being the heavy girl. Im the heaviest out of my friends by far. My family is on the heavy side as well but i dont feel like i get the weight loss support from my family that i would like. In the past year ive really been trying to get serious and lose weight. This summer im hopeing to have weight loss crack down and drop some serious pounds. I want to start running but im finding it really hard to get into, and i can never seem to push myself to work harder. If anyone has any tips or advice please share, or if anyone wants to be online weight loss buddies let me know!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 265 lb, Today: 234 lb (BMI: 43), Goal: 165 lb - Hey everyone it's been a tough 4 days but i've been eat pretty well, there are still somethings i need to eliminate out of my diet in order to lose even more weight. As of right now i don't have a scale so idk if i've lost weight since coming home the past two weeks. But i did want to put an idea out there if anyone wants to join me maybe we should have a little freindly competition and see who can lose the most weight this summer. I think that would be a nice way to push eachother and help eachother, maybe we could all have like monday weigh ins or something once i get a scale lol. If you like the idea please comment and keep going at it everyone =)

Ht. 5'6", Start: 23 st 4, Today: 23 st 8 (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 12 st 0 - im struggling with all this belly weight. and i have been getting nasty rashes and bad skin under my man boobies. i just cant seem to lose weight. fml.  (Note: 23 st 8 is 330 lb.)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 166 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 145 lb - Only been 4 days and I lost a pound! I'm starting to get the hang of this now. The first three days were brutal though, i was SO moody and irritable and felt like i was going to cry constantly. I don't know if it was because of PMS (sorry tmi) or because i hit rock bottom and had no self esteem and didn't completely believe i could stick with it but so far so good. I'm NOT going to fall off the wagon again. I will diet consistently for 4 weeks straight and allow myself ONE day of eating whatever i want (within reason) before beginning again. In 8 weeks i hope to lose 12 pounds. I think the key is not denying yourself anything. My mom had brought home some two-bite brownies and I allowed myself to have 4 of them (360 calories) But I kept it within my calorie allowance so i feel as though I cheated when I really didn't. Hope everyones doing great, let's liven up this board though, its pretty dead lol have a good one ladies

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 167 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 145 lb - So after months of binging and eating loooooooads of crap and junk at night, I got over the 3 day hump of dieting and eating healthy again. I dunno what happened, i hit this wall and just like gave up. i was 155 last june and slowly gained 12 pounds in about 10 months. My goal is to lose 1.5 pounds per week, and lose these 12 pounds by July 16th when I go to a family reunion type deal. I think i can do it. I'm more determined than ever now that summer is on its way. I hope all of you are doing great, let's do it.

The worst part is I wasn't happy with my weight before I went to college so now I am even more unhappy. I am serious about losing weight this summer... I say that every summer,but this time I am really going to work hard at it. I want to lose 33 lbs before I go back to school in August. Also, I am going to Texas for a family reunion in June and I want to lose weight before that too, at least 10-15 lbs,20 would be great though! Hopefully I can actually do it this time!!!

This is getting ridiculous now its getting so hard to do anything, this morning i could barely get of the sofa. Arrrgg rant over sorry guys i just dont know what to do i just keep gaining and cant seem to stop. :(

I cannot stop eating, it feels like it's not even me doing it. I keep just eating everything and anything all the time and I have NO SELF CONTROL whatsoever. I am starting to seriously disgust myself. I have no idea how to stop it, I keep telling myself everyday "today will be the day, im gonna eat healthy and go for a run" and everyday ends the same, it's like im possessed. the thing that sucks the most is i know how great i would feel if i started being healthy and exercising daily but I still continue to make myself feel terrible and sick and miserable. I used to weigh a healthy 185 ish and really hope to get back down again. 4 months ago I had a beautiful baby boy and my weight changed drastically. I had gained 65 lbs with my pregnancy and so far have lost 55lbs of the 65 gained. I've been having trouble dropping this last 10 lbs for bout 3 months now. I'm to the point where Idc if I even eat anymore I want to lose it so bad. I know starvation mode but I'm so busy with my lil one during the day that I could easily go without eating. I workout every other day but i wonder if i should work out daily again. Help :(

I was doing so well and for some reason i let everything going on in my life get to me. It has been a very difficult month and i gained about 6 pounds which is really upsetting. I know that i can do this but it's been a year and all i've lost is 30 which makes me mad. I know dorming affects alot of my food choices but i get mad at myself for not being stronger. Well i'll be home for 3 months in just 4 days which will be very good for me and i know this summer there will be alot of weight loss. I know i can do this and no matter what i wont give up because i want to finish this thanls everyone and good luck this week.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 155 lb, Today: 183 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 165 lb - stats for the week so far :) WEDNESDAY: 1064 calories in & 865 calories out(30mins treadmill 268cal +60 min step class 597cal). THURSDAY: 1175 calories in & didnt make it to the gym :(. FRIDAY: 1265 calories in & 605 out(20 mins treadmill 213cal + 60min weights class 390cal). I recommend everyone to get a heart reat monitor for exerciseing. It really helps keep track of your workouts and tells you when you are getting fitter etc. GOAL FOR MONDAY: 180 pounds xox
