Ht. 5'1", Start: 204 lb, Today: 127.6 lb (BMI: 24), Goal: 115 lb - This was what I weighed this morning =(. It's such a shame when I've been steadily losing to start going back up again. Totally my fault though - my exercise regimen is non-existent and I've been eating what I want, when I want (which is a recipe for disaster, lol).
The upside to having to lose these pounds again is that it's hit me more than it ever has that this is a lifetime lifestyle I need to maintain. I can't just get down near my goal weight and suddenly start eating Ben & Jerry's pints of ice cream or having that extra helping at dinner, etc. and expect to stay slim.
I've re-prioritized and I'm going to start incorporating more of my previous methods back into daily life - mainly portion control, exercise and water intake.
It's nice to see everyone on here refusing to give up when a bad day/week comes your way. Makes me feel like I can be that strong too =).

Ht. 5'4", Start: 248.5 lb, Today: 229 lb (BMI: 39), Goal: 170 lb - As I am reading through I noticed I am not the only one struggling lately! It has been really hard to get up to exercise and eat only until full for about the last week. I need to get a fire under my butt again to get moving. I am really getting angry with myself for not doing/working as hard as I should/can. Well as I get myself going again, I want to wish everyone luck on getting back on track and congrats to those who are still going strong :)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - totallllly fell off the wagon this weekend. i swear i had a food hangover... but it was mine and my boyfriends 5 year anniversary and valentines day so it was to be expected lol Anyway, no clue what i weigh still, i'm assuming still 165 because ive had my fair share of ups and downs but i really need to take this seriously, i would LOVE to be 150 for the summer. or at least IN the 150's.. i was 155 last summer and i felt awesome. Hopefully i can get my lazy butt in gear and crack down with my intake and exercise. we got a ton of snow sunday night and i spent over an hour shovelling the driveway yesterday. i am sooo SORE. it was an intense workout. anyways hope everyones doing awesome, good luck guys!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 170 lb, Today: 128 lb (BMI: 23), Goal: 115 lb - I have had my fair share of stare downs with the numbers on the scale my entire life. In fact, I started posting on this website when I was just 14, searching for help, for answers. Now I am back. I had my son last September and I gained a lot of weight... went from 115 to 170 and now I'm working hard to get it off. I am down to 128 but still feel like I am bloated. Don't know if anyone has a Kinect but if you do and need a motivator get the Biggest Loser game that goes with it. It keeps you on track as far as work outs go. I feel obligated to earn point everyday instead of falling behind. Anyway, I hope to make many more posts in the coming weeks to help other people out. Heads up!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 180 lb, Today: 139 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 120 lb - Hi everyone. I've gained a few pounds back, and I'm pretty discouraged. I've been excercising pretty regularly but I've been eating terribly. I need to get back on track!! I'll be graduating college at the end of May and I really want to be at 120-125 lbs. I just need to get motivated and back on track! I got new running shoes today, and I'm ready to start fresh on Monday.

So far I have been doing the calorie diet and I've lost 7 pounds. Its really hard for me and frustrating because I dont know which diet to do! Ive been told that the low card, low fat, and low calorie diets are best, but with so many options I dont know which one to choose. Im getting really discouraged and could use some help ASAP! if you have ANY and i mean ANY advice for me please let me know.-OMI

Ht. 5'2", Start: 265 lb, Today: 232 lb (BMI: 42), Goal: 135 lb - So i'm 2 pounds down and i've been in school for 3 weeks. It's kind of annoying because i've been workingout so much and so hard almost everyday and i felt like 2 pounds just wasn't good enough. But i am happy that some weight is coming of while i'm in school eating here is so hard because of all the fast food, but i've been staying away from it and controling my emotional eating. It's hard but my goal is to get down to a size 14 by the summer. Right now i can fit into a size 16 but i still wear a size 18 but it's really big on me. This is really hard but we all can do this =) good luck in everyone.

Yesterday I was able to put on a pair of jeans that I haven't fit into in about 8 months. Although I am losing weight, and choosing healthier choices, I feel like my habit of eating just because it tastes good is finding its way back into my life. So I need to really concentrate on waiting until I am hungry to eat and only eat until I am full, not full to the point of sickness. I strongly feel that watching Biggest Loser and I Used To Be Fat is a real motivation for me, well, that and the fact I feel better, look better and love better. I think I am starting to love myself more and with that I can love my boyfriend not more but better because I am not so self-conscience. Unfortunately i just decided to get on a scale and found out ive gained 40lbs in 3 months. I do a lot of emotional eating from problems at home and im having a hard time changing that. You might have seen me around the board occasionally - I've been around the site for about 8 or so years now but I've definitely outgrown the teens section. I really like reading & replying to your posts, but I don't really post anything of my own - so I'm here to introduce myself...
My name is Marina, I'm 23 and from Canada. I've always been healthy councious and loved fitness and sports and weighed a healthy 130lbs my entire life. Unfortunately, following some health problems which landed me in & out of the hospital for 5 years (with stays as long as 8 consecutive months) and on up to 13 different medications at one time, I ended up gaining a whopping 107lbs!
It was quite devestating and I was extremely self concious. However, I'm slowly getting back on track as I have now lost 92 of those pounds! It's been a long, hard road (as I know you all understand). ... (view more)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - so it's been getting easier to avoid the scale. as much as i'd like to know what i've lost, i'm fine with seeing the difference in how my clothes fit me. my work uniform is gettin looser everytime i put them on. (i only work twice a week because of college, so i notice a difference every 5 days or so when i go to work). this weekend wasn't the greatest though.. kind of fell off the wagon so today i did 80 minutes of aerobics. i am SO sore, but it was worth it. i feel like i undid some damage. this week i'm going to go at it 100% and stay under 1400 calories and work out at least 4 days (30 mins minimum). I have lost 13 pounds and although I don't really see myself getting smaller I do feel a lot better. I used to get heartburn really bad but for the last month I have not. Umm...getting up in the morning and working out is getting a lot easier and I plan on upping my time from 30 minutes to 40 minutes on February 1st. I wanted to work out once in the morning then once at night but after I get home from school I am exhausted its very hard to stay up past 8pm. So overall I am still in good spirits about losing this weight and I hope everyone else is too. Good luck to all!!!
