Ht. 5'10", Start: 398.1 lb, Today: 389.7 lb (BMI: 56), Goal: 250 lb - Day Nine: Remember that each decision that you make in life determines the path that you travel. Whatever path that is taken, there is always opportunity for greatness it's just a matter of walking through the doors that are opened. And when doors are opened don't resist, storm through the door and take full advantage of the moment and excel in every opportunity that is given to you because, you never know if you'll have another chance to succeed. Turn the knob on the door of life and make your grand entrance, prevail, overcome and grow in each experience that you encounter.

Ht. 5'10", Start: 398.1 lb, Today: 392.6 lb (BMI: 56), Goal: 250 lb - Day Eight: Motivation; motivation is what drives us it is the fuel to the fire its what keeps is going. Finding what motivates you is key in having a long term goal, without the motivation to keep going and stay on track there is the possibility of having everything that has been accomplished lost in vein. Find your motivation find your fire and carry the flame to the finish line and dominate. Stay strong and stay inspired.

Ht. 5'10", Start: 398.1 lb, Today: 393.5 lb (BMI: 56), Goal: 250 lb - Day Seven: Remember that even if the scale does not show improvement, it does not mean that your body is not improving. Losing weight is only a small portion of the physical signs of weight loss. If at some point you are at a road block and nothing is falling off remember that numbers aren't everything. Keep your mind strong, stay positive, and most importantly stay happy with what has been accomplished thus far. Quote of the day. " The field mouse is fast but the owl sees at night " Chip, Taledega nights, the ballad if Ricky Bobby.

Now, I have hit a block. I can't lose anymore, but I want to. My motivation is gone. How to get it back? I don't know. I just want to be fit and healthy, but my head thinks differently. Ugh. Wow. Ht. 5'10", Start: 398.1 lb, Today: 393.5 lb (BMI: 56), Goal: 250 lb - Day Six: Enjoy life by the moment. If you ever get down on yourself or are having a bad day, step back take breath and think of ten things that are going awesome in your life. Remembering the good before the bad is essential in staying positive and motivated. Keeping your mind on the positive keeps the stress, anger, sadness and vicious cycles at bay. In the words of the great Bob Marley " Don't worry about a thing, cause every little thing is going to be alright." It takes more muscles to smile than to frown, so take a few minutes a day and workout in the best way possible, smile = )

Ht. 5'10", Start: 398.1 lb, Today: 393.5 lb (BMI: 56), Goal: 250 lb - Day Four: Remember people that talk trash about how you look or how much you weigh are just revealing the insecurities that they have about themselves. And the obstacles and the trials that we overcome make us unique and help mold the person we are. Each challenge that is presented is just another opportunity to show ourselves how strong we are. Be confident and know who you are.
