Ht. 5'8", Start: 183 lb, Today: 183 lb (BMI: 28), Goal: 175 lb - Okay, so i joined this site back when i was 16 during my sophomore year of high school. I was 233 lbs and wanted a big change for myself just like everyone else on here. I eventually went down to 175 where i felt my healthiest and strongest. Getting lower than 170 caused me to look sickly and i was starving myself to keep the weight off. I knew i needed to stop the low calorie diet and start working on my healthy eating habits at a more normal daily calorie intake. When i went to college i gained weight and got up to 195. Now im 183 and trying to get to my goal weight once again. I workout alot. i love to run and take zumba classes at my college. right now i have to work on my eating. so far despite my intense workouts the weight isnt slipping off as easy as it used to. when i was 16 it literally flew off! its a challenge that its slow going and is very frustrating but i have to keep the motivation and remember that this is not a fast process. i feel healthy, i feel strong, im eating good things. i just want this very badly and i will achieve it.

Ht. 5'6", Start: 203 lb, Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 130 lb - So, I've finally reached a breaking point. I'm tired of being fat, overweight, chubby, big boned, whatever you wanna call it. I really wanna be 130 by May 1st. Since it's about three months from now I really think I could do it. I WILL BE 130!! I'll be 18 in may as well, just in case anyone was wondering. I'm actually 17 and 9 months, but the teens board seemed to make me feel out of place. :)

Ht. 5'5", Start: 178 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI %tile: 93), Goal: 155 lb - IM SO EXCITED! I just bought a mini trampoline! I read on someone's blog that if you exercise for 22 minutes everyday you can lose 3 pounds a week! I don't even care if that's true though because I need a fun way to work out! I hate treadmills, ellipticals, bicycles.... But I've always loved bouncing on a trampoline! THIS IS PERFECT! And it only cost $89 plus it comes with a stabilizing bar, resistance bands and it's an oval so jumping jacks are easier!!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 265 lb, Today: 260 lb (BMI: 48), Goal: 165 lb - For the first time in a while i'm starting to see myself getting thinner. It feels amazing when my mom looks at me says wow hun you are losing weight keep it up. It has taken half my life to understand this isn't about the way i look, i should not lose weight to look a certain way or to get anyones attantion. This is about learning to love myself and take care of myself so that i can become happy with who i am and be able to make all my dreams come true. I have a very long way to go but i am finallying geting the hang of this, a new life is what i needed. I have 5 days before i go back to school and weigh myself. I know i lost weight but i hope i lost about 10 pounds since i came home a month ago but it does not matter as long as i have lost something. One day at a time we can do this lets not doubt in our abilities becuase even though it is hard nothing is impossible. Hope everyone is making progress =)

Ht. 5'10", Start: 17 st 12, Today: 17 st 12 (BMI: 36), Goal: 13 st 0 - Hi everyone, I used to come on this website about 9 years ago. I am still a rather big lady, but I am awfully glad that it is still going. I am now living away from my parents at university, so I have the temptation of having my own money, my own kitchen and my independence. I am now in my second year, my first year was difficult when it came to eating habits. My flatmates would want to take part in weekly take-out parties where we would all eat a take away together..I would also buy cheap, quick food but have always enjoyed cooking. The problem is also, that (even if I do say so myself..) I am very good at baking.. My housemates love it. But right now, enough is enough. I have cut out eating anything that comes from anything with eyes, so no meat, no fish, no dairy and no eggs. I'm practically vegan...but I'm no hippy, so it's simply for health reasons. I don't need ... (view more)  (Note: 17 st 12 is 250 lb.)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 157.8 lb (BMI: 24), Goal: 150 lb - So at first I thought I'd be happy with being 155, but now that I'm just under 3lbs to my goal, I decided to bring my goal weight down to 150, as I feel I could stand to lose some more (i carry most of my annoying fat in my belly). Hope everyone's doing great!

Ht. 5'9", Start: 353 lb, Today: 353 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 170 lb - Ever tried carrying around two hundred pounds? That's my life. I live everyday wish I could live a active, healthier life. My weight keeps me from doing ALOT of things! I can't go somewhere new without thinking am I going to be able to fit? Will the chairs break? I can no longer go to the movies because I can not bear to squish my fat into the little seat. I'm so sick of the weird looks. I'm tierd of my fat getting in the way of relationships. Ive always been BIG I had my first outbreak of stretch marks in the third grade.... I need support I can't do this on my own. I just want to be a inspiration to people, & live my life to the fullest && never regret a single moment!!
