Ht. 5'6", Start: 172 lb, Today: 158 lb (BMI %tile: 83), Goal: 125 lb - One year ago I lost lost fifty pounds but I never reached my goal weight and then I gained nearly thirty pounds since October. I am again trying to reach my goal weight, which is 36 pounds away. I'm happy to give advice, but before I had support, and now I'm alone in my task. Help is appreciated, and is freely given! :)

Ht. 5'2", Start: 299 lb, Today: 390 lb (BMI: 71), Goal: 140 lb - Hi, I got rushed into hospital last week. My heart finally started to give up. I was at home, and my heart was racing, my parents took my pulse and blood pressure on my monitor and phoned for the ambulance. They came to me, but I could not manage to stand up to get out of my bed. The doctors and my parents, pulled me up after a while, and I was rushed to hospital. I have been put on oxygen, they had to clean me and dress my wounds as I didnt realise the rolls of fat had infections in between them. My legs cannot hold my weight and my lungs are being crushed of a night time if I lie down. I am on oxygen now of an evening so i don't die, and my heart is suffering a lot, they think I had a mini heart attack, but, if I don't lose some weight soon, I may not make it to 25!

I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol and a pulse rate that is too fast. My doctor said I could have a heart attack soon. Please help me, my organs are covered in so much fat.

Ht. 5'4", Start: 177 lb, Today: 177 lb (BMI: 30), Goal: 120 lb - I have been trying to lose weight for about a year now. I only eat fruit, vegetables and protein. I go on the elliptical for 40 mins 4-5-6 times a week and I do pilates and I have also done the Jillian Michaels DVDs. I have been trying so hard but its not working !! Please help!! Ht. 5'7", Start: 332 lb, Today: 332 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 200 lb - Hi my name is Michael, I'm 18 and just like Heather I've been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure and I'm now at risk for a heart attack! I've been fat throughout my life and it's all my fault! I put all that fattening junk food down my mouth, yes it tasted great but little did I know it was also killing me! My doctor warned me about all this when I was younger but I did not listen, I dismissed it as something that would happen years, even decades down my life. But sadly I was so wrong, I now have to take 2 diabetes pills each day - 1 in the morning and 1 at night, 1 high blood pressure pill in the morning, and a daily aspirin for my heart. According to my doctor if I continue my current lifestyle choices I will most likely die before I'm 30 from either a stroke or a heart attack. I was always the kid who wanted sweets, candy, and unhealthy foods. Only being 19 years old, I have recently been diagnosed as having early onset of type 2 diabetes. It certainly has changed my entire life. It's even tougher being in South Korea because my family is military. It's not what I pictured in my life, especially at this young of an age. I knew I may have been doomed one day way later in my future, just not a kid. My parents felt it was a lot of their fault, but also, it was mostly mine. I controlled what went in my mouth, and whatever I thought was amazingly good, I ate it. My mindset then was as "eh, nothing bad can happen this early in life to me." Boy, was I wrong.
