Ht. 5'9", Start: 247 lb, Today: 228 lb, Goal: 147 lb - So I've lost 19lbs now which I'm really happy about but recently I've not been losing any, it's so frustrating! I've been looking up some information on the internet and I've found that weight loss is mainly due a change in your eating habits rather than exercise (which you obviously still need to do) Does any one have any ideas for healthy snacks or dinners, I don't like salad so it's quite hard to find healthy things I like? Also if anyone has any general advice about weight loss it would be appreciated!
