Ht. 5'0", Start: 16 st 7, Today: 13 st 8 (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 10 st 7 - Just looking for a buddy for motivation!!!!!!
I'm really new to these things and I don't really know where to start. I have reached my absolute limit with my weight and cannot stand being overweight anymore. I have exhausted so many options. A Few months ago, through sheer hard work I was able to lose 3 stone but since then I have reached a point where I need someone else to help me along!  (Note: 13 st 8 is 190 lb.)

I've lost 20 pounds in the last couple months. Try and eat clean every meal and exercise everyday. Most importantly I've learned that it's ok to cheat every now and then. It's not a diet your just changing your eating habits. Like 1 oz of dark chocolate, or if you get fast food like chick-fil-a I get a chargrilled chicken sandwich with a side salad and light Italian. But also remember if you go to restaurants and stuff just because it's a salad doesn't mean it's healthy. It is hard but do a little cheat just go right back on your diet ASAP! You can do it!!! What I learned is you need A LOT of will power. My family, they still buy junk even though I'm not eating it but it does get hard at times because it is still in the house...So you have to have will power. You can do it!!! Don't give up!!!
