Ht. 5'4", Start: 174.6 lb, Today: 174 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 125 lb - Hey, I've been coming to this site since I turned 13. Wayy to long to not have done anything. I've lost 15lbs around 5 seperate time, but i always gain the weight back. I know what to do to eat heathly I just can't seem to stick to it. Recently, a friend of mine who was my size lost all of her weight and is now at my goal weight. I envy her for being able to do it. I started Medifast last week and i have lost some weight. At first everything was absolutely disgusting. I adjusted my taste to it. Now I enjoy it. I have signed up for the next 26 weeks and plan to reach my goal weight by January. I really want to loose weight before the end of highschool. So my peers can notice and I can reinvent myself for college. I'm excited and sticking to it. I do best when face with accountability. So each Monday i will be updating my weightloss PROGRESS! and would love to be of benefit to anyone who may need it. Thanks so much for Reading!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 175 lb, Today: 175 lb (BMI: 30), Goal: 130 lb - Hey guys! My name is Emily, I'm 20 years old, and I've just begun my journey to lose weight. I've been coming to this site since I was maybe 14, and until now it's always been a 'lets feel sorry for myself and not do anything to better myself' attitude. I've recently become fed-up with everything though, and joined weight watchers! I'm really excited to see if it will really work. I'm on my third day, and I'll be honest, it's not so bad. The hardest part is making better food choices, but in all actuality, I'm not starving and I'm still eating some things that I used to! My first goal is to drop 5% of my weight, which would be 166. I'll try to keep up with my journey, and if anyone has any questions or comments, I'd love to talk!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 166 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 145 lb - Well I haven't been on here in way too long. Managed to somewhat maintain.Gained about a pound but I'll lose it. Anyways, the reason for my coming back is because I really need motivation. My best friend is getting married next August and I will be a bridesmaid. The wedding isn't for a whole year BUT we are doing a dress fitting in March. So... that's about 6 and a half months. I need to crack down!! It's not only about losing weight I need to tone up as well. strapless dresses don't look too pretty when you've got grandma Bingo arms lol Here's to hoping I can lose at least 10 pounds in the next few months. I've probably gained since the last time I posted, in fact. But I've finally decided... I am done being overweight. I am going to do WHATEVER it takes to lose weight. Ht. 177 cm, Start: 128 kg, Today: 102 kg (BMI %tile: 96), Goal: 68 kg - Today is a horrible day.This week was going so well. I had barely eaten anything all week and things were great. But this morning my boyfriend surprised me with breakfast in bed which consisted basically completely of fatty foods. With cheesecake for dessert. I devoured everything, and I HATE myself for it. Of course I tried to burn it all and go for jog but now that i've eaten so much again I am hungry constantly and eating. I almost feel like my boyfriend wanted me to eat that much again. I love him, but I don;t want to be fat anymore.
What do I do?  (Note: 177 cm, 102 kg is 5'9.7", 224.872 lb.)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 170 lb, Today: 170 lb (BMI %tile: 94), Goal: 130 lb - Hi I'm stephanie, I'm 18 years old and i can honestly say that I've had weight issues from a very early age. first off I've had a rough childhood; i was sexually abused when i was about 4 by my babysitters son and i had no idea what was happening to me at the time. i remember i would feel uncomfortable and even hide when i was left alone with the person. then one day i remember him pointing out an obese lady on tv and saying that she was really fat and ugly, so i guess i gained weight to protect myself and well the abuse stopped. when i was in 3rd grade i subconsciously knew what he had done to me but i never came forth with it. it wasn't until 5th grade that i started actually struggling with body issues and weight and i became less confident.. and well i became very depressed by high school over my weight. i was on a fast track freshman year to lose... Ht. 5'4", Start: 183 lb, Today: 188 lb (BMI: 32), Goal: 130 lb - I am sooo sad. All summer i can admit to being lazy, barely working out or watching what i was eating but my weight was stable and i didnt gain a pound until like a week ago...and i didnt gain a pound i gained almost 10. Its not a lot but its the beginning of the spiral and the worst part is i cant even muster the will power to pick myself up, all i wanna do is eat and sleep. School starts in 25 days, i wanna at least go back to the weight i was at orientation (183) and i plan to lose 25lbs in the first semester...this will be my freshman year and i am hoping to avoid stress and weight gain... any advice??

My name is Mila and I honestly just feel like sharing my story and maybe giving some of you some advice and inspiration. I just finished my first year of college and am majoying in history. I plan to teach. In high school, I was a cheerleader for 4 years and competed on a cheer and dance team. I was extremely active and in shape. I am not a little lady. I am curvy, but you wouldn't look at me and see somebody that was fat; at least not when I'm at my healthy body weight. At my goal weight, I love the way I look. Anyway, after I got out of high school I chose to move in with my boyfriend at the time and that turned into a horribly unhealthy, stressful situation. Ht. 5'10", Start: 188 lb, Today: 185 lb (BMI %tile: 87), Goal: 140 lb - Wow, I haven't been on this site in forever! I decided to check it out again and take it seriously this time. So I started out at 183 in september 2010. I lost 14 pounds and was at 169 in december 2010. I was under a lot of stress with school and getting back home on time, so I stopped working out and eating really unhealthy, gaining EVERYTHING plus more back. I also got tendonitis in both wrists and achilles tendons, so that held me back a lot. But now I'm back at it! I have so much motivation to work out, I love it! Staying in shape is part of my job (i'm in the air force) and I'm failing miserably at it, ha. I'm looking forward to hearing everyones story and possibly giving some positive feedback (:

I've been working out more (power-walking at an incline for 1/2 hour with handweights and then core work on the exercise ball with weights.) I've been drinking alooooooot of water too. Feelin' great! The other day I went shopping for bras thinking I was a 36 dd but then they measured me and said I'm a 36 e. Then the lady said sorry we don't carry your size the plus store is up stairs. I felt humiliated. I want to lose weight
