Ht. 5'5", Start: 275 lb, Today: 250 lb, Goal: 200 lb - I have recently lost 15 lbs due to some medication, but i am at a standstill and need to know what to do? i walk about 2 miles a day, and it is a quick pace and i try to eat right but most the food i have is canned or processed because it was either cheaper or from a food bank. Is there any tips on how to have a healthy diet from that? or other exercise tips?
