Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 167 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 145 lb - So after months of binging and eating loooooooads of crap and junk at night, I got over the 3 day hump of dieting and eating healthy again. I dunno what happened, i hit this wall and just like gave up. i was 155 last june and slowly gained 12 pounds in about 10 months. My goal is to lose 1.5 pounds per week, and lose these 12 pounds by July 16th when I go to a family reunion type deal. I think i can do it. I'm more determined than ever now that summer is on its way. I hope all of you are doing great, let's do it.

Hey! My name is Diana and I just started my dieting this past Monday May 16. I am also trying to lose weight for a family reunion I am going to in June... were going to Texas and I want to be able to feel comfortable in my swim suit!! So far since Monday I have already lost 3 lbs!! I am very happy with my progress! I know you can do it too... I know its hard to eat right and count calories but I know you can do it!! keep up the good work :):)
