Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb (BMI: 25), Goal: 150 lb - so its been about 2 weeks and i've lost around 2 pounds. probably more but this weekend i ate a ton of crap. weekends are brutal for me. if i go out friday nights saturday is spent eating greasy hangover food. but this week is a new week. hopefully by next monday ill be 163-164. hope everyones doing well :)

2lbs lost is great! Better than if they were on you, no? So you have trouble with weekends? That's pretty common...maybe you can just limit your junk on weekends. Don't even cut it ALL out...just cut the portions of your bad stuff in half or choose a slightly healthier option! That alone will save you a lot of heartache! Good luck!

I am the same height as you and was 227 pounds during junior year of high school and am now 153, I just found it interesting how similar our weights were! keep up the good work, you seem to be doing amazing! congrats! (and yeah, the weekends are ROUGH!)

I'm the same.. stopping on the way home when I've been out all night is also a problem! but losing 2lbs is far better than losing 0lbs, and you've done so well already, you'll be at your goal before you know it. Just keep going! Good luck :)
