Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 150 lb - ugh. so i've gained 10 pounds over the last 4 months or so. GREAT. My eating has been out of control lately. for the past 2 weeks i've told myself, okay starting today... then i do awesome all day and when night time hits, i binge. like craaaazy. I need to fix this before i balloon up to 200 pounds or something. I've written out a diet plan and will follow it over the next 8 weeks, hopefully losing 15 pounds by then (i'd even be happy with 10 pounds). I'm starting college in January and I really don't want to go into that feeling like pure crap and having low self esteem because i've packed on the pounds. Hopefully this works, i'm determined now. Good luck guys!
