Ht. 5'4", Start: 291 lb, Today: 281 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 180 lb - I need motivation badly... I go to the gym and perform my exercises with ease yet im still in the same place... i think i eat too much but its a freakin habbit... i need to learn to make foods from easy everyday things... ive been in the gym 2 months... i wanna quit because i see no results... this is gonna be the last month i try it b4 i go to school but i need motivation. PLEASE I NEED A DIET PLAN... AN EFFECTIVE ONE... IM BEGGING HERE!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 180 lb, Today: 180 lb (BMI %tile: 97), Goal: 130 lb - just found this site today but i am sure glad i did. i have been struggling with my weight my whole life and in this past year i have been going up and down. i started at 200 pounds and went to a nutritionist it was amazing i went down t 157 pounds and i felt incredible. but then i stopped going bc it was costly and i thought i coud do it on my own. i slowly began to put on pounds. and now im back to 180. my main problem is that most of my friends are tiny and when we go out we always eat unhealthily. it drives me crazy bc of course the do not gain weight, i do. but i have been inspired today to reach by goal. wish me me luck!

Ht. 5'5", Start: 220 lb, Today: 215 lb (BMI: 36), Goal: 135 lb - I went to california a couple months ago and looking at all the pretty thin people on the beach I realized just how big I actually am! So Now Ive lost 5 lbs and Im working on losing more! my goal is 135 because I dont want to be a tooth pick but I want to feel better about myself! Im happy with what I've done so far but I have a long way to go...80lbs to be exact!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 208 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - I had an off day today. I had a lot of bad food, but I did some cardio to try to make up for it. I still feel horrible:( Have you ever noticed how you just don't feel good when you eat fattening foods? Not just emotionally, but physically.

Ht. 5'11", Start: 226 lb, Today: 196 lb (BMI: 27), Goal: 180 lb - Hi all! I used to come around here and thought I would return. I am currently up rowing in a national team development program and have been working on my weight. I live with a light weight so there's a little pressure coming from him, even though he doesn't know it/intend it. Anywho, I have made a goal to be at 185 at the least by August 19. I think this is very possible. I weigh in Wednesdays and I'm hoping to lose something. I find that reward systems work. Little ones. Like I loooove coffee and if I lose a pound or more each week, that Wed I get to go to starbucks and order something reasonable. This way I satiate my sweet tooth to prevent binges later and am rewarding myself (in a nonexpensive way) for doing something good for my body. I also do this with school (straight A's, new erg PRs,etc) but with things obviously better than food. I will weigh in tomorrow and have been peaking at the scale and I think I lost atleast two, though its not official until Wed morning. 185 here I come!

Ht. 5'4", Start: 210 lb, Today: 208 lb (BMI %tile: 98), Goal: 160 lb - I just bought a diet book not that long ago, and so far it's been working pretty well for me. It's called "The Diet For Teenagers Only", but I think I need some moral support too. I've been overweight my whole life and the rest of my family has always been extremely fit and healthy, so I guess I've always been trying to lose weight, but I don't have a lot of will-power. If anyone has any advice or recipes, I'm completely open to it!! Today I've been doing pretty good so far and I'm going on a bike ride in a few. :)

I was dressed to freakin kill... lol My friends and I went out to dinner (my friend invited this guy and he messed up my big day >:() Afterward we ditched him and went to the club ... my friends car got broken into so I at midnight when I turned 19 I was in the police station's lobby ... got a number from an officer who turned out to be old as hell!!! lol he bought me lunch monday and by thursday he "dumped" me lol... I guess he tried to let me down easy thinking I was gonnna cry... but I was thinkin of a way to get rid of him myself...lol ... I started my summer job its fun... I only went to thr gym twice last week but this week I will have to amp it up... I need an EFFECTIVE DIET plan... i am sooooooooooooo close to fitting into this pair of pants that I bought last year... everything is gettin... (view more)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 184.2 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 150 lb - Well hello. I'm down which is amazing and getting to 182 by Monday is very much in reach. I'm still on a high from yesterday. I'm from Omaha so I spent the day at CWS which for those who don't know is the College World Series which is like the championships for college baseball. Its pretty crazy but its a blast to go every year. Well anyways I ended up meeting a very attractive guy and gave him my number and it wasn't even 10 minutes until he texted me. So I'm pretty happy, hopefully I'm not jinxing it by talking about it but too late haha. And then after that I had a little spring in my step and got hit on by another group if guys who me and a friend ended up going to a party with them. This is going to sound horrible but the friend I was with got really upset because I was getting the attention from all the cute guys and she wasn't. It was great haha because in reality I'm used to being that girl. Well anyways thats all I have for now, happy thursday and I'll post again soon!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 230 lb, Today: 220 lb (BMI: 34), Goal: 130 lb - I met my first 10lb goal! Now on to 15, then 20! I'm just starting my fourth week of nutrisystem. I am going to really amp up my exercise this week and try to lose as much as possible so I can have this be an awesome first month- then next month I'm shooting for 10lbs, and the month after. Hopefully by the wedding at the end of August I will have lost 45lbs total! 230 to 185!!!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 186.4 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 150 lb - Down .4 of a lb! Yay..haha not really but still. I'm not terribly happy with how I did yesterday but here we go. Well first off I was cleaning and lost track of time so I didn't get to the gym before work which was a little frustrating. Lets see for breakfast I had a banana with peanut butter and green tea, for lunch I cut up and grilled 5 petite red potatoes and made some stuffing- i know bad but I was craving carbs like crazy- then I had a jello 60 cal cup with some protein water for a snack and finally for dinner I had a turkey sandwich on whole grain 45 cal bread (seriously u have to try it its amazing!) with 100 cal pack and some grapes. So there u go. Oh I almost forgot and then I had some sunflower seeds when I got home from work.I need to do better today which I plan on doing. My main problem is having the need to snack late at night. I made my goal for next Monday 182 so I gotta get my butt in gear. Hope everyone is fantastic and keep up the great work!

It kinda hit me how much I need to change because this Saturday I turn 20, a mid mid life crisis if you will...haha. Anyone who knows me will tell u I'm crazy confident and I'm always out and about hitting all the hot boys and getting them but when I'm by myself I tear myself apart. I'm so tired of that. I want to be as happy with myself as I portray. I've lost it before and gotten down to 155 so I know its possible. I'm in pretty good shape, I go to the gym 5 days a week for about an hour and a half so my body is pretty solid its my intake thats my downfall. So when I used to come here all the time and lost the weight I would post what I eat on here just so I was accountable and was forced to really evaluate what I put in my mouth. I'm hoping it will help me do it again. Hope everyone is doing amazing and I will post again soon!

for a more adult theme- anyone embarrassed sometimes with their bodies in front of their partners? I live with mine, but the other day I was trying on some pants that were too tight and wanted some privacy and I got so irritated and embarrassed when he kept coming into the room I was in. it's silly! he sees my body all the time, but I'm still embarrassed! I hope he notices I've been losing weight by the end f the month, though.
