Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 184.2 lb (BMI %tile: 90), Goal: 150 lb - Well hello. I'm down which is amazing and getting to 182 by Monday is very much in reach. I'm still on a high from yesterday. I'm from Omaha so I spent the day at CWS which for those who don't know is the College World Series which is like the championships for college baseball. Its pretty crazy but its a blast to go every year. Well anyways I ended up meeting a very attractive guy and gave him my number and it wasn't even 10 minutes until he texted me. So I'm pretty happy, hopefully I'm not jinxing it by talking about it but too late haha. And then after that I had a little spring in my step and got hit on by another group if guys who me and a friend ended up going to a party with them. This is going to sound horrible but the friend I was with got really upset because I was getting the attention from all the cute guys and she wasn't. It was great haha because in reality I'm used to being that girl. Well anyways thats all I have for now, happy thursday and I'll post again soon!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 230 lb, Today: 220 lb (BMI: 34), Goal: 130 lb - I met my first 10lb goal! Now on to 15, then 20! I'm just starting my fourth week of nutrisystem. I am going to really amp up my exercise this week and try to lose as much as possible so I can have this be an awesome first month- then next month I'm shooting for 10lbs, and the month after. Hopefully by the wedding at the end of August I will have lost 45lbs total! 230 to 185!!!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 186.4 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 150 lb - Down .4 of a lb! Yay..haha not really but still. I'm not terribly happy with how I did yesterday but here we go. Well first off I was cleaning and lost track of time so I didn't get to the gym before work which was a little frustrating. Lets see for breakfast I had a banana with peanut butter and green tea, for lunch I cut up and grilled 5 petite red potatoes and made some stuffing- i know bad but I was craving carbs like crazy- then I had a jello 60 cal cup with some protein water for a snack and finally for dinner I had a turkey sandwich on whole grain 45 cal bread (seriously u have to try it its amazing!) with 100 cal pack and some grapes. So there u go. Oh I almost forgot and then I had some sunflower seeds when I got home from work.I need to do better today which I plan on doing. My main problem is having the need to snack late at night. I made my goal for next Monday 182 so I gotta get my butt in gear. Hope everyone is fantastic and keep up the great work!

Ht. 5'8", Start: 200 lb, Today: 186.8 lb (BMI %tile: 91), Goal: 150 lb - Well I'm back. It kinda hit me how much I need to change because this Saturday I turn 20, a mid mid life crisis if you will...haha. Anyone who knows me will tell u I'm crazy confident and I'm always out and about hitting all the hot boys and getting them but when I'm by myself I tear myself apart. I'm so tired of that. I want to be as happy with myself as I portray. I've lost it before and gotten down to 155 so I know its possible. I'm in pretty good shape, I go to the gym 5 days a week for about an hour and a half so my body is pretty solid its my intake thats my downfall. So when I used to come here all the time and lost the weight I would post what I eat on here just so I was accountable and was forced to really evaluate what I put in my mouth. I'm hoping it will help me do it again. Hope everyone is doing amazing and I will post again soon!

Ht. 5'7", Start: 230 lb, Today: 221.5 lb (BMI: 35), Goal: 130 lb - I hope this board picks up soon! It seems the teens board is alway pretty busy, but then I look and most of the people writing and responding are over 18! lol- I hope more people come over here! for a more adult theme- anyone embarrassed sometimes with their bodies in front of their partners? I live with mine, but the other day I was trying on some pants that were too tight and wanted some privacy and I got so irritated and embarrassed when he kept coming into the room I was in. it's silly! he sees my body all the time, but I'm still embarrassed! I hope he notices I've been losing weight by the end f the month, though.

I am 18 and going to college in the fall and really want to lose at least 10 lbs by then. If anyone has tips I would greatly appreciate them. Today so far I rode my bike for ten mins. And only ate califlower and fat free veggie dip today. Good luck to everyone :D

Ht. 5'3", Start: 187 lb, Today: 154 lb (BMI %tile: 89), Goal: 135 lb - I started my diet in December, and have since lost 33 lbs, I am stil unhappy with my body and suffer from very serious self-esteem issues. I completely cut out fast food from my life and try to eat within 1000 calories a day, doing lots of fruits and veggies and excersize at the gym for at least an hour a day. Plus various other activities; frisbee, football, jogging, jumprope, skateboarding, rollerblading, etc.

Ht. 5'1", Start: 196 lb, Today: 196 lb (BMI: 37), Goal: 135 lb - Hi. I'm Ally and I used this site a few years back (wish I would've stayed - it helped to see everyone's positive weight loss posts, etc. lol). I am engaged to be married December 5, 2009, and I really need to lose weight before then. To be clear, I understand it's going to take a lot of hard work and healthy eating to accomplish my goal, but I'm determined not to look back on my wedding photos with regret that I didn't do something about my weight when I could. Here's what I'm ultimately on this site for: to get encouragement from others who have been successful in their weight loss process, to obtain tips about the best exercises, health foods, etc. and to provide others in turn with ideas/tips/encouragement with my future weight loss. I don't have a clear-cut plan on how exactly I plan to lose this excess weight, so if anyone has any tips, etc. for me to help me get started, I would very much appreciate it =D.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 195 lb, Today: 195 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 130 lb - Hey everyone, this is my first time on this website and it looks pretty awsome. i found it while looking for ways to loose weight, obviously! ha. but anyways, i guess ill start w/my story. Ive been overweight all my life, but have never had a problem w/it. my family is big so i never thought it was a big deal. but recently the things i have been eating seem to make me gain more weight then usual. i have a portion control problem and i eat constantly when im bored. ive tried diets before and working out but have been unsuccessful being around my family who eats like there is no tmrw and thinks diets are ridicolous. my aunt said i was too skinny when i was 16 and weighed 170! so after my failed diets i would gain everything back plus some. ugh. but oh well. until recently, like i said, ive been putting on more weight in a short amount of time. i have been putting on 5-10 lbs a year, but... Ht. 5'2", Start: 241 lb, Today: 230 lb (BMI: 42), Goal: 150 lb - This is the exercise I did this week (5/18 through 5/23) I plan on doing something tomorrow, I'll post a comment and let everyone know what I did. Mon.- 1 1/2hrs on stationary bike, 1 mile powerwalk (DVD) & 50 jumping jacks Tues.-1hr on stationary bike Wed.- 1hr on stationary bike, 20 squat kicks, 10 pushups off of the chair Thurs.-1hr on stationary bike, 3 mile powerwalk (DVD) Fri.-1hr on stationary bike & a "burn belly fat" workout Sat.-1hr on stationary bike. I had my period this week (TMI, lol) and I've read on a few different websites that you don't lose much weight while you're on your period. So we shall see, weigh in on Monday! I'll admit, if I didn't lose much weight I will be really discouraged because not only have I been exercising everyday since Monday (just started exercising on Monday) but I've been limiting my calories, taking in about 1500 to 1800 calories a day. Mainly sticking around 1500. Wish me luck!
