Ht. 5'7", Start: 195 lb, Today: 195 lb (BMI %tile: 95), Goal: 130 lb - Hey everyone, this is my first time on this website and it looks pretty awsome. i found it while looking for ways to loose weight, obviously! ha. but anyways, i guess ill start w/my story. Ive been overweight all my life, but have never had a problem w/it. my family is big so i never thought it was a big deal. but recently the things i have been eating seem to make me gain more weight then usual. i have a portion control problem and i eat constantly when im bored. ive tried diets before and working out but have been unsuccessful being around my family who eats like there is no tmrw and thinks diets are ridicolous. my aunt said i was too skinny when i was 16 and weighed 170! so after my failed diets i would gain everything back plus some. ugh. but oh well. until recently, like i said, ive been putting on more weight in a short amount of time. i have been putting on 5-10 lbs a year, but since the holidays, ive put on 20lbs! and because im bigger im able to eat more which obviously doesnt help. my hunger is more frequent and expanding. i dont know what it is cuz im not really doing anything different, but i know i need a change. and ill need some encouragement so im happy i found this site! i will post updates as i go along!

Well what i think has happened is that, you have become more active so with that your body needs more calories so i think it is probably fine how things are right now, but i cant say for sure good luck
