I'm not terribly happy with how I did yesterday but here we go. Well first off I was cleaning and lost track of time so I didn't get to the gym before work which was a little frustrating. Lets see for breakfast I had a banana with peanut butter and green tea, for lunch I cut up and grilled 5 petite red potatoes and made some stuffing- i know bad but I was craving carbs like crazy- then I had a jello 60 cal cup with some protein water for a snack and finally for dinner I had a turkey sandwich on whole grain 45 cal bread (seriously u have to try it its amazing!) with 100 cal pack and some grapes. So there u go. Oh I almost forgot and then I had some sunflower seeds when I got home from work.I need to do better today which I plan on doing. My main problem is having the need to snack late at night. I made my goal for next Monday 182 so I gotta get my butt in gear. Hope everyone is fantastic and keep up the great work!
