~REPLY WRITING AREA~

Before you post a reply saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight, please first check our Weight Calculator . If the calculator says that you are healthy weight, please do not post a message saying that you are overweight or that you want to lose weight.  This offends the kids who really are overweight.  Thanks a lot.

I went down to 168lb and it was amazing. The slow continous weight loss kept me motivated and I was so happy. Since then it has all gone wrong. I am 215.9lb god that was hard to admitt to myself. I decided that today was the day and again I failed. I cant seem to start once I am loosing weight I am fine but starting is the hard bit. I went for a walk todayh 4 miles to be exact and it nearly killed me but then I came home and ruined it all by eating a huge dinner. How can I get myself back on the right track. I need help please,
