Ht. 5'2", Start: 170 lb, Today: 170 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Does anyone else have any other ideas of what I can do at the gym? We have a very small gym, only a few tred mills, a few elipticals and bikes, and weight machines, plus a track. I also do jazzercise every other week (that's when it is offered) and that burns about 480 calories per session..I don't know any workout routines for the bike or eliptical, like what settings to use to get good results and stuff. If anyone could help that would be great!
