Ht. 5'8", Start: 225 lb, Today: 165 lb, Goal: 150 lb - Hey guys! I haven't been on here in about a month. I used to post on the teens board but no one ever answers me (i guess im too old .. lol) but now that I see this board has some more activity i think I'll stay here. Anyways, I moved out with my boyfriend July 1st, and since then its been hard to lose weight. we have a massive amount of stairs to go up everyday, so ive noticed my butt has lifted and toned lol but i haven't dropped any weight yet. But luckily, i got my workout dvd back from my parents place (Shawn T's Rockin Body Workouts.. same dude that does Hip Hop Abs) I LOVE IT. i lost 5 pounds in a month while cheating on occasion in may by doing his workouts (5 pounds is a lot for me, since im nearing my goal) anyway, i wanted to get back into it so i started doing it again. i was soooo freakin sore but it feels awesome. I really want to be in the 150's by christmas, that would be amazing... even like 158 would shock and astound me lol Anyways sorry for rambling, hope you guys are doing well! :)
