Ht. 5'5", Start: 160 lb, Today: 160 lb (BMI: 27), Goal: 130 lb - I am so nervous right now! I feel like this is the beginning of something.... I am ready to make my health a priority in my life. Like most users here, I want to lose weight. By posting what I eat and how much I exercise, I hope to stay true to my goal. So starting right now here goes nothing.
1 vanilla soymilk 200
2 chocolate soymilks 400
coffee w/ sweet n' low
small bowl of rasberries
2 small bowls of brown rice
medium size bowl of mixed fruit
glass of sugar free orange juice
medium size bowl of salad(carrots, spinach leaves, raisins, tomatoes)

hey that looks like your doing good all you need to do is write it all down and at the end of the day you look at and be like what can i take out of this tomorow like what you ate that maybe you didnt need or just slowly start cutting your portions in half but make sure you eat the correct amount of calories no less than 1200 and include exercise!!!
