sometimes what u think is teasing, is just playin. maybe talk to your step dad about it. and if your real dad hasn't talk to u for 3 months doesn't mean he doesn't care. he must be really busy. like my dad, he lives in texas and can't always talk to me every day.sometimes not even for 3 months. but i don't let it get to me thinking he hates me, he has a big job(you know the colafornia brown outs? well he has somthing to do with that) so he is probally busy. somtimes i call him. maybe u should do that too instead of just wait for him to call u. try not to take it personally.

Now, see, whatya gotta do, see, is you gotta make it a game, kids like games, challenge her, no little sibling will want their older sibling to do better, so make a challenge, tell her you can do more jumping jacks then her (do 10 or some number you know she can beat) let her win and then do it as often as possible, keep her moving, keep it changing, and eat healthy stuff and act like it tastes good, some of it doesnt though, but try and find stuff that does, little sis will copy big sis any day, kids are like that.

lisen i can help u. what u should do is try first to talk to him. if that dosent help, talk to ur parents! they should see what is going on and cut down on how long he plays ps2. i got one for x mass this year, but play it like once a week because i play college basketball and soccer. It should be a family thing, not just ur brothers thing.

You most certanly help! Just tell an adult you trust like your mom, dad, teacher or doctor. You should tell someone!

ya there is hope, but u have to be firm with your parents about them feeding u. just say that u can feed your slef and that u r trying to lose weight because u r over weight (i think).just tell them somthing like that. they will stop.

shay you have to keep encouraging your brother to play with you. Perhaps there is something physical that he knows how to do that you don't..... make him feel important by aking him to teach you how...

Tell him how you feel. Ask him to stop teasing you. Then get into action. Start eating right, drinking more water, and exercising. Even if the teasing doesn't stop after you ask, your brother might quit when you start losing weight, having a better self-esteem, and having more energy than him! e-mail me at thelittlekittymermaid3@yahoo.com for more advice.
I hope we keep in touch!

The only way you can help her is to tell her parents. I know that is hard, but what she is doing will not only destroy her teeth, it can kill her!

Well, I think that the best way to over come your weight problem is to start a good diet and start excersising!!!! I looked up to my brother. I would always cry because I thought I was to fat but he told me to start running. I did that and now I love to run and I can't wait to be in P.E. everyday!!!! Also you should start a calorie chart. and try to stay under 1500 calories a day. It has helped for me and it will help for you!!!!!!
