guess what i lost 11 pounds, i do curves it is soooooooooo much fun ilove it!!!!! the people are so nice and you dont even have to diet how cool is that and tommorrow im starting a new diet with all the foods from the pyramid but 500 calories less than my regural intake i also thoght of a neat tip to keep track of how much water i drink i wear 8 bracelets on my right hand then as i drink a glass i move one bracelet to my other hand soon i ussssed up all 8 braclets please comment critiq or critize

GREAT IDEA!!!! If u have a difficult time getting 8 glasses of water in a day....well this is for you.....In the morning wear 8 braclets and each time you have a glass of water take one and put it on the opposite wrist. Do the same until the arm that started with all 8 bracelets is bare.

hey if you want to lose weight and then dont eat a lot after you go bike riding and if oyur that hungry try some carrots or celery and peanut butter im 12 and i weigh 120 pounds.

GOOD MORNING everyone! Hungry? Go eat some popcorn! Seriously. Popcorn when popped is acutually healthy. If you get the 94% fat free kind, the whole bag of popcorn is only 30 calories! It tasted pretty darn good too! So stick with popcorn. Have a great day!

I lost sooo much weight doing this! ~ Drink at least 8 8oz glasses of water per day I cheat I put a lemon slice in mine to make it more satisfying. ~ Cut back on the dairy! dont eat ice cream,fast food,bread and milk over 1% ~Do eat apples,celery,cucumbers, salad, oatmeal etc... and in just 2 days I lost 7lbs!!!! REMEMBER: NO SODA OR OTHER BEVERAGES JUST WATER!!! Try it! It works!

Hey! I was wondering, what do you guys normally eat for breakfeast? I am trying to decide. I used to eat just a piece of plain toast, but I still get hungry. I also heard, if you don't eat the right stuff while you're dieting, you'll still be hungry all of the time. I looked on the foodnetwork.com and they have alot of recipes for people who are trying to lose weight.

if u all, like me, sometimes get really bad sugar cravings dont go straight for the chocolate, make up some sugar free jelly! it has only like 20 cals! and thats for ALOT of it! also lollypops have only like 20 cals each! and low cal hot chocalate is really good too!

wen u get hungry, drink a glass of water or DIET coke.
then wait for at least 20mins to see if u r still hungry! coz alot of the time when u think u r hungry, u r really just thirsty!

Well you could you try making snacks from fruit like frit smoothies ,fruit cabobs, theres so many snack ideas out there you should look online for fruit snack ideas.

U SHOULD JUST CUT DOWN ON UR FOOD AND START EXCERSISING A LOT AND DRINK A LOT OF WATER INSTEAD OF SODA AND IF YOU DONT DRINK SODA FOR A YEAR ULL LOSE 15LB. !!!!

The negative calorie diet consists primarily of fruits and vegetables which have a low calorie content and it is assumed that it takes more energy for you to digest them than they contain. I don't think this is true however the foods involved are healthly and good for you too but you should have a little protein as well because your body will lose essential nutrients such as iron that are not available in the neg. cal. foods. well if you like lemonade or kool aid or whatever then maybe you could first have lemonade..then next time you make it put less lemonade powder stuff in...then next time even less powder and pretty soon it will be water...maybe thats stupid, but it worked for my friend! Oh well, hope it helped!

Ahh I was soo bad today.. I ate three pieces of pizza and a brownie and a cookie and a chocolate granola bar.. those were my bads for the day.. Okay for any of you who are like me .. I LOVE ice cream.. well eat popsicles!! LoL my mom bought popsicles the other day and I'm like woa.. only 50 calories!! thats terrific.. so whenever I'm craving ice cream I put a popsicle in my mouth... can't believe I forgot about them .. anyways I hope you guys are doing great with your diets.. and I hope that soon I can start Tae Bo..

Today: 228 lb, Goal: 210 lb - I went to the doctors today to wiegh in adn she wsa so happy at the 13 pounds i lost. she gave me a few tips about losing more weight adn one of them was to eat protein for breakfast. protein fills you up for a longer time and tehrefore you wont be tempted to eat alot throughout the day. Good luck everyone. I'm hoping to be at 210 by Christmas-think i can make it? I'm at 228 right now.
