hey- someone said that they used an ab-slide and was getting results. how many minutes a day do you use it for and do you just do the same movement or the curving to the side one because i have an ab-slide and i want to start using it but i don't know for how long...

3rd day of low carbing! I love this diet! It's really easy and I've lost all my cravings for carbs! I weighed 124 this morning... that 2.8 pounds down from Sunday! =D Well Im just really excited lol and I'll post back tomorrow!

I just found a GREAT song to listen to when you feel like eating or not working out, the edited verison might be best for those who find some swear words offensive, but it is called "The New Workout Plan" by Kanye West on the cd College Dropout. If you want to download it download Winmx for free on your computer and you can download as monay motivaonal songs as you like. This song is so funny and really motavional, look at the lyrics if you cant downlod the song! thanks. im listening to it right now and its helping me not eat

guess what i lost 11 pounds, i do curves it is soooooooooo much fun ilove it!!!!! the people are so nice and you dont even have to diet how cool is that and tommorrow im starting a new diet with all the foods from the pyramid but 500 calories less than my regural intake i also thoght of a neat tip to keep track of how much water i drink i wear 8 bracelets on my right hand then as i drink a glass i move one bracelet to my other hand soon i ussssed up all 8 braclets please comment critiq or critize

YAY im doing really well and am really motivated!! ok i ate this: B=1 kiwi l=chiken salad with ranch dressing, water d= i am goin to have 1-2 pieces of dominos pizza and some chiken kickers and for excercise today i had an hr worth of basketball summer practice so i did really well 160 for school here i come i hope to be there and that is only 19 pounds away i am sooo close i can almost fell it woooosh lol buhbye and good luck
