Hey Matt!!!
You shouldn't eat only fruits and vegies.ou organism needs everything. So it's better if u eat a little bit from everything. Just don't eat or drink chocolate cuz that kind of sugar is not good for you at all. You can wtite to me at lilyn_402@hotmail.com

you can start by eating correct portions for example{if you have ice cream your portions would be 1/2 cup}. Here is a way for you to find out if it is totally bad for you or good for you .First you look at the calories on what your eating then you Put up one finger for every 50 calories. Until you get to the number of calories you have on the food that you are eating. Then look at the fat that is in the food you are eating. If you are holding up the same amount of fingers as fat then it is good for you. If you are holding more fingers than fat you should only eat the portion it says. This is what my dietician ( a person who helps you lose weight) told me today.

you should only have cheese in VERY SMALL AMOUNTS! Even the stuff called low fat cheese is very high fat compared with lots of other foods. If you really want cheese, grate it - eating grated cheese makes you think you are eating more than you actually are!!!! If you have a cheese samdwich, use a THIN layer of grated cheese in there instead of slices of cheese. Also, salsa dips and stuff like mustard can be fat free (check the label) and if you like those things, they can make veggies more interesting to dip them in. Or things like cinammom sprinkled on fruit. Hope that helped!!!!

Fruits and veggies can get very boring. For snacks you could try nuts like almonds or walnuts, but if your not a nut person then Yogurt, low sugar and fat granola bars or even saltines with peanut butter(used in small amounts of course). Happy snacking!

Heres a good one for chicken: brown chicken breasts with oil spray in a pan until cooked through. Spread a basic vegetable based pasta sauce on it (fat free) and top with some reduced fat cheese. Put in the oven till warmed and brown and serve with salad or vegies. Its a low fat version of what they used to serve in the resturant I worked in : chicken parmigana. You can also crumb the chicken breasts. Also, there are HEAPS of low fat recipies on the net!!! just search for em. Hope i've helped!

My favorite thing to grill is chicken, i use lemon juice to giv it some flavor along with cracked pepper, also by using differnt low fat dressings you can get very good flavors by doing that. I say just try some differn't tastes by experimenting with low fat sauces and mirinades

Well, you have fruit, cereal, vegetables, and of course you can have small sandwiches (2 pieces of bread lettuce, tomato, 1 piece meat, mustard/small bit of mayo/catsup. Popcorn in small amounts, pickles are good, and sugary or salty food are ok in SMALL amounts. Of course, drink PLENTY of water. Good luck!

No matter what, you HAVE to eat breakfast. Studies has shown that dieters who eat breakfast lost more weight, and quicker, than dieters who don't. Even if it's just a glass of milk, an apple, a bowl a cereal, it doesn't matter, eat it. I have the same problem you do, but I still eat breakfast, and, although I'm hungry at lunch, I only bring enough, or by enough to make myself not hungry, not full. Good luck!
