ohoh- it's SO fun! it's a playstation game that has dance pads and you follow the moves. it doesn't sound difficult but it is and it makes me sweat so much. acctually you just got me excited about it- i'll make marty play with me today.....lol. but yeah it's an interactive video game...

Today: 181 lb, Goal: 157 lb - Hey Everyone, Today was sort of a difficult day for me, everyhting was goig great, and then at church the sermon today hit really close to home, don't want to get into personal details.. but it ws rough. So when I got home I was scared to jump on the scale, but I knew you guys were seeing who could lose the most weight.. So I got on and had to make sure what I was reading was right, (we don't have a digital scale) so i started counting backwards with all the little lines to make sure! I lost six pounds! It was great and defientley has brought up my motivation. I really haven't been doing anything special, just tryin to make healthy choices, and staying busy! If I could give you all any advice.. during Christmas break have fun do stuff, keep busy! im telling you it helps, because when you are out with friends you dont think about food! heres a fun way to lose weight: find a radio station that u lyk and dance like crazy to every song they play for hours. its a great workout and a great way 2 lose urself and feel good

Well don't eat junk food. Eat 3 meals a day and for a snack have fruit. Exersise as much as you can handle, maybe 20-30 minutes a day. And eat healthy foods. For a treat, if you had a good week and you exercised at least 4-5 days a week and ate pretty healthily, you can have a cookie or something. Not too much, though.
Whenever you feel like you want to eat junk food or just eat out of boredom, do something else--call a friend, play outside, read, draw, turn on your radio and dance to the music and sing along with it, ANYTHING at all to get your mind off food. You go girl!

Start: 230 lb, Today: 215 lb - hey everyone, i posted a while ago and just wanted say tou you...........I weighed close to 230 towards the end of summer. I was just big, and then i went to band caamp and lost like 15 pounds! so screw atkins everyone, marching band rules!!!!!!!

you need to eat only 3 balanced meals a day and if you feel like snacking eat a fruit and drink a full glass of water a 1/2 hour later go for a run or a jog dont let food concer your mind you need to think of things to do if you have nothing to do and just are going to sit in front of the tv and eat think of hanging out with friends or going some where plus your body is still agusting and making all diffrent kinds of things your not quite used too yet but your body will change as you grow does mean o i can eat anything my body is changing it means eat right and exersise and you will change!!

i know how you feel. boys don't talk to me.and in school i sit in the middle of two of them. I ask them what time it is, and all they do is laugh. somtimes what i do is i write a book, or a song,or something. and if it is good you don't eat that much because you want to finish it. so try that. and e-mail me if it works!

I do the exact same thing!!! one thing I do when i get a craving for really bad foods is eat fruit. It works really well because the sweetness. Another thing i do if i get a craving is go work out. After I work out I feel really good about myself and I dont want to waste my hard work on bad food. Also what I find helpful is brushing my teeth. After I brush my teeth i dont want to eat anything because my teeth feel really clean. If none of these work try and find something to distract you like a hobby or something you really like to do. you could dance, sew, clean, write, sleep, sing, call someone up, play an instrument, go for a walk, laugh, make something, ect..
