I do the exact same thing!!! one thing I do when i get a craving for really bad foods is eat fruit. It works really well because the sweetness. Another thing i do if i get a craving is go work out. After I work out I feel really good about myself and I dont want to waste my hard work on bad food. Also what I find helpful is brushing my teeth. After I brush my teeth i dont want to eat anything because my teeth feel really clean. If none of these work try and find something to distract you like a hobby or something you really like to do. you could dance, sew, clean, write, sleep, sing, call someone up, play an instrument, go for a walk, laugh, make something, ect.. occupy yourself with something like the tellie or do some excersize or read or book or txt a frend or phone a mate and chat.it works for me hope i helped

i just wanted to say I LOST 3 POUNDS YESTERDAY AND HAVE KEPT IT OFF TODAY AS WELL!!!IM SSOOOOOOOOOOOO INCREDIBLY HAPPY!!!!!:-D!!!!!!!!!ALL I DID WAS EAT LESS THAN I USUALLY DO BUT I STILL ATE THE STUFF I LIKED AND HEALTHY STUFF, AND I STAYED OUTSIDE FROM 12:30PM-9:30 OR 9:45PM!!!!!!AND I HAD SOOOO MUCH FUN!!I SWAM,WENT ON AN AEROBIC RIDER THING AT A FRENDS HOUSE, PLAYED KICKBALL, AND PLAYED CAPTURE THE FLAG, AND PLUS I RAN AFTER ONE OF MY GUYFRENDS FOR A WHILE!!!I HAD SOO MUCH FUN AND I JUS WANTED TO LET YA GUYS NO WAT I DID!!!

dont think about who you want to be lighter then or how much you want to weigh just keep trying to be as healthy as you can do some fun things with your family or friends like joing to the park or bike riding and dont do it for other peopl do it for you

HI! I know that it can be very difficult to lose weight when your in the habit of eating. If you crave junk food grab an apple. If you are watching t.v. and want to eat go outside or clean. Do something to keep your mind off of food. Don't give up! you will be able to lose weight but you have to have the confidence in yourself before anyone else will.

may be i can help u may u should volunteer for something i volunteer for save a pet i run around chasing dogs when the get loose of i just play with them and it a lot of fun i was big when i was 11-14 and stared volunteering because i like dogs well i hope i could help and please e mail me if u every what to or need to talk

i do 200-500 sit ups a day and it works for me but in for it to work u have to eat right and in corperate cardio in to ur work out! and ur not trying to be britney ! dont listen to her. i think ur doing a good job ! to stop eating so much after school keep your self busy and dont think about food if u like music sing id u like to dance dance exercise do something so u dont think about eating trust i was were u were a couple days ago but instead of eating i have been exercising and ive lost 4 lbs in 2 days ! good luck u can e-mail me at sugur01@yahoo.com !

You could also join a sports team after school like track or something. Or you could join a club so you dont come home right after school.
