the only way 2 lose w8 is not 2 diet cos i u tell urself ur on a doet ur cravings r worse. just eat hea;lthy threee meals a day and exericse 4 20 mins.

If you feel like eating something you shouldn't be eating, either go out and keep yourself busy do exercise or something to keep your mind off of that food, or suck on ice cubes. They help calm cravings.

Hey,
I know those craving and i know how hard they are so everytime you get a craving drink a glass of water your supposed to drink 6-8 glasses of water a day.you should also drink one glass of water before each meal then you wont eat as much becouse water makes you full plus water has no calories you can also try eating half of every meal and saving the rest for later!you can make a calorie chart and keep track of all the caloroies you take in try not to go over 2000 a day or it will turn in to fat!! hope i helped candy

Hey,
I understand what your going through! and i know all those cravings.But...when ever you have a craving maybe you should drink a glass of water to help the cravings.Water has no calories so you wont gane weight! and you need to drink 6-8 glasses a day (also you can find diet soda that has no calories)Good luck i hope i helped!! carry

hunger is when ur stomach burns and cravings is well i cant explain it but ur not hungrey when ur craving

what you should do is prepare some healthy snacks that are ready to eat when you get home. Like make some air popped popcorn or a salad or set aside some fruit, and when you get home you've got healthy snacks right on hand! put them where youll see them so that it'll remind you that you are trying to be healthy!! Also, something that I found worked when I used to be at school was this. I found that I was starving just as I got home, but i think it was just that my body was thinking: oh look its home time to eat lots of food!!! but i found if i didnt eat for about 1/2 hour after i got home i wasnt as hungry and was satisfied by just some fruit or something. Good luck hope these tips have helped!!!!

A craving is when you say "I really feel like chocolate right now..." and you are not satisfied until you eat it. Hunger is when you have stomach pains and you are so hungry you would eat anything, like a big dinner. Hope this helps!

hey that used to happen to me alot. i always would get a craving for somthing sweet.so instead of eating junk i would eat a strawberry or a banana or something sweet like that and then it would sastisfy my craving.if 1 doesnt fill you up,have 2! you dont have to worry about eating to much fruit cuz its healthy!!!!!!!!!!but dont make urself sick. try it. it works. it helped me lose quite a bit of weight. good lucl!

Hey all. I posted a message on this site a few days ago and someone named Lindsay gave me a tip that eating ice helps stop cravings... Well I came home today from school and opened the fridge (automatic move)lol and I saw a plate of cupcakes sitting there. I only ate one but I went back for a second. It took me a long time to resist that second cupcake craiving lol but I grabbed some ice to eat insted. Thanks Lindsay. If anyone has some more tips just post them thanks! :)

hey rachel! i had the SAME problem i would do good on my dieting for about 2 weeks then get craves and start eating alot and COULDNT stop! but heres a way i stopped. i made sooo many plans that i was always busy and forgot about eating(not all the time, i did eat but not as much) it really hepled me out! i hope it mite help you out to! email me back to say watcha think at chikwoundupempty@netscape.net
