well make sure u are doing something at four and maybe u wont get the craving cuz a craving is just a mental thing that is telling ur body to eat when u arent hungry an to break that u need to be doing something at 4 and then see if u get it u might but u need to ask urself do i want to pay the price of eating this candy the price is getting fat and say to urself could i have a carrot and pay the price of being healthy think bout that. hey, if anybody here has problems with cravings, i hope my advice will help. Well i used to have a huge problem with cravings...then i found out a way to stop it. First of all, learn to say no. If sum 1 offers you sum type of fattening food, dont take it if ur not hungry or u just want it because its like the best food ever and u just have to eat it whether ur hungry or not. And another thing...if u have a craving for junk food or n e thing..you should try and wait at least 10-15min., after that just ask urself "do i still want it?" if so, just find something a little healthier like an apple or maybe if u want..a nice big bowl of salad or wait another 10-15min. Oh and try not to eat ur main meals too fast (with time that is). Like after breakfast wait 2-3 hours before you eat again. (but if ur stomach is growling always eat something just not too fattening) OH and 1 more thing...try to make a habit of cutting portions..it helps.

Hey! it's me again, and i was just gonna say that to help me with my cravings, i chew gum. It really helps, if u eat sugar or something u always want more, so either eat a little bit and chew gum to get rid of the taste so u're not tempted again, or just chew some gum (sugarless) and it just chew until the craving is gone. It does help.

To help you control your snacking portion sizes- If you are having chips or whatever from a big bag put some in a lunch baggie, a nd take some ice water with you. Eat what is in the bag thendrink the water to get rid of the taste in your mouth (which would make you want more) and don't go back for seconds. That way you can enjoy your snack without eating the whole box (something I was guilty of doing before)

I know u get ravings but mend my dad fix a big gass of tea and keep it around for when we get cravings i have lossed 6-10 pounds at a time so tryit you realy dont eat as much this way well hope i helped a lil

Hey yall...ok this is for all the tv watchers that LOVE their tv shows but get MAD cravings when you see the food commercials...I HAVE THE ANSWER!!! go ahead and watch your tv shows, but when the commercials come on...take a quick run up and down the steps or around the house until your show comes on. that way, you dont see those food commercials and your getting excercise! problem solved! haha i hope it works out for you..... -Arlene

I do sumthign tht would keep my mind off of eatin like... goin 2 a walk or play an addictive game on the comp.. sumthing like tht but if u r really cravin suttin eat carrots or sumthing healthy like an apple

Well... if I get a craving... I usually go brush my teeth.. then after that.. I lose the craving..

hi megan this is Becca. You probably wouldn't believe this,but i weigh 160pd.Yes i am ashamed of myself, but i try to lose the weight by working on my dumb-bell. if you don't know what that is, it's this machiene that you use to lstrengthen your muscels and to lose some weight. what you wanna do is cut back on how much you eat for breakfast, luch, and supper. Especially cut back on the junk food. i can understand that you have a craving for food because i do too. but when i'm trying to loose weight and when i want a snack, but i know i'm not hungry, i tell myself," ok Rebecca you know that you don't need this stuff so put it away now." or i just cut back on how much i eat for a snack. say like before i used to have 6-8 cookies for a snack, well every week i would cut back to 7 cookies, then 6, and then 5,and so on. until i got to the point where i trained my body to not be hungry all the... drink water lots of it too! Than when u get a craving chew sugerless gum or eat fruits or veggies!!!!

good for u.. summer is here and that is a great time to get lots of exercise!! eat health and settle your cravings with a piece of sugar free gum or lemon water.. swim bike ride and be sure to only eat when u r hungry.. not when u are bored!! good luck i no u can do it!!

i feel just like you, but heres a trick. whenever you have a craving for large amounts of food, just have a glass of water instead. works for me.

When I get a craving for food I drink ice water with a little bit of lemon in it. I just sip it cause its kinda sour. The cravin eventually passes!Bye,Amanda!

When I get hungry I drink water. I add a little lemon to it so it is sour. So i don't drink alot of it. Try sipping it little by little. The craving eventually passes.Bye, Amanda!
