Ht. 5'5", Start: 227 lb, Today: 208 lb, Goal: 140 lb - I hate my body, but I eat once a day and I drink alot of water.I've been eating on luch time only. I cut down the sugar and I've been playing sports latly. So I lost some weight and I am proud of it. :)

Ht. 5'8", Start: 290 lb, Today: 304 lb, Goal: 170 lb - AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I GAINED 2 POUNDS SINCE YESTERDAY! Its not fair, Ive been working so hard. I got so ticked that I went over to my friends house and ended up eating 2 slices of pie. I cant believe I just did this.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 130 lb, Today: 398 lb, Goal: 100 lb - My school took us to belgium for a 3 weeks, I hadn't weighed myself since the day we left. i spent hundreds of euros on belgium choclate which is three times as fattening as normal chocolate. the teachers didnt care what we bought. we were on our own most of the time anyway. my friend and I who are both obese bought loads of chocolate and we shared a room so we ate and ate and ate we did no exercise. i gained around 50lbs and ganed six inches, i'm quite rich so i rarely see my parents and they could care less about m weight, i have six rooms full of choclate and another six full of candy. theres the tv room with my 80 inch tv and games consoles is where i spend most of my time i need to lose weight but i'm so big all i can really do is sit of my but and play video games and watch tv. plz help i have a 68 inch waist so i have to clothes speacially made but no one wantsto look at me to measure me. i have to have a special matress cos i kept breaking the bed. my parents are so thin my mum weighs 120lbs and my dad weighs 140. i really need help cos no one else seems to care.

Ht. 6'0", Start: 200 lb, Today: 209 lb, Goal: 190 lb - What burns more calories...crunches or sit-ups???
I need something which i can do in my room, which burns the most calories the quickest....but the only things i can think of is crunches or sit-ups...i wouldve tried a jump rope or something but because i live in an apartment i cant be jumping up and down...
help would be appreciated..

Ht. 5'4", Start: 140 lb, Today: 142 lb, Goal: 105 lb - ok today i ate for breakfast- 1 banana, 1 slice brown bread, 1 glass of cranberry juice for lunch- two apples and a bag of crisps dinner- pot of jelly, 3 cereal bars(60 cals each), 40 cal hot choc how many cals do you reckon that is. Im aiming for about 1200 calories today. xxx

Does anyone have any suggestions about how I can get calcium in my diet without any dairy products (they tend to make me feel ill.) I'd prefer not to have to take a vitamin pill. Are there any other foods with calcium in them?

Ht. 5'0", Start: 136 lb, Today: 127 lb, Goal: 117 lb - Breakfast: Pops cereal w/1% milk & grapes; Lunch: salad w/ cheese & honey mustard dressing & some pasta; Snack: 1 reese's cup & a bunch of almond butter & a diet pepsi; Dinner: 1 piece of french toast w/ almond butter & sugar-free jam & asian salad & 1% milk; Dessert: strawberry popsicle bar; Exercise: 40 minute cardio dvd & 10 minute abs dvd...& about a 15 minute walk. What do you think? How did I do?

Well i was dieting a lot then, nothing much happened, lost like 4 pounds so i was at about 215. then i fell off that boat and regained about 2. so i was at 217, then my boyfriend of 16 months dumped me. you'd think i'd be depressed and eat myself HUGE but surprisingly, i didnt, i just dont have an appetite, i eat something 2 times a day, anything i want, i dont get hungry until like 8-9 hours after ive eaten so maybe my stomach has shrunk? either way, its been about 3 weeks and i've lost 8 pounds by not doing anything? haha and it just keeps coming off. i think ill put some exercise in there too maybe that will help. Its just hard to believe i was 225 in january, and i yoyo'd until now and i never thought id be under 215, because thats where it stayed. and i look slim. im big boned and muscular (i know everyone uses that... Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 105 lb - okay so breakfast- green tea 0 cals, 1 banana, lunch-salad w/ tomatoes, some tuna no mayo, steamed broccoli, 1 cup of applesauce, dinner- 1/4 cup of rice w/ chicken and veggies and a glass of milk. Exercise- 30 min. exercise bike, 9 various core and strength workouts (Ex-jumping jacks, lunges...) walk/jog around the block, its hilly. So how did I do? Any suggestions too. Please and thank you!

Bike ride, skate, do exercise dvds when you are bored, run, go to the gym and lift weights, use the cardio machines, go swimming, turn on music and dance, clean your room, do some chores for your family, walk a dog, play soccer, basketball, volleyball, whatever sport..tennis...Tae bo, jumping jacks, squats, sit-ups, push-ups, magazine workouts....hula hooping, jump-roping....arm moves with light dumbell weights....JUST EXERCISE IT WILL HELP YOU GET THE WEIGHT OFF!
