Ht. 5'2", Start: 140 lb, Today: 139 lb, Goal: 110 lb - Today I had Captian Crunch w/o milk for breakfest. 2 biscuts for lunch. Half of a peanut butter sandwhich for dinner. And a peice of Salt Water Taffy for my treat. I exersized on my exercise bike for one hour, burning 600 calories. Am I doing good? I want to get to my goal before the 1st of August.
