Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 173 lb, Goal: 125 lb - This is what i had for breakfast-1 banana 100 cal pudding. 3 pieces of lunch meat and water. For lunch i'm gonna eat a lean cusine. For supper I hope to have something healthy. For exercise 30 min taebo, 30min soccer. So how did I do. If I can't get soccer in then I will do a taebo tape again

umm that's weird to eat for breakast. don't do tae bo again if you can't do soccer...do something else....variety is the spice of life.
