Ht. 5'8", Start: 290 lb, Today: 304 lb, Goal: 170 lb - AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I GAINED 2 POUNDS SINCE YESTERDAY! Its not fair, Ive been working so hard. I got so ticked that I went over to my friends house and ended up eating 2 slices of pie. I cant believe I just did this.

If you're working out, it's probably muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat. Don't worry about it. It's all about the inches

I keep telling you the weight loss will fluctuate, no matter how hard you try. Dude you will slip now and then, you will lose weight then gain weight. BUT if you do not give up you will eventually lose the weight. The secret is a lifestyle change.When working out exercising and eating right become a natural part of your daily routine, you will only suceed in weight loss.JUST DON'T GIVE UP and say forget it. YOU can do this!!

I wrote in the comment before if you read it...that if you gain a pound or two or three...it's OK! don't freak out. Weight flunctuates. You've never done this before so your body is just getting used to it.

Relax. Its OK. weight fluctuates. You probably think you gained weight because you're constantly weighing yourself.
