Ht. 5'3", Start: 160 lb, Today: 137 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Ok I'm feelin better now cause I'm back on track. My goal for the end of the summer is to lose at least 10 more pounds, and the good thing about that is I'll finally be at a healthy weight. So I was wondering how this sounds for a daily diet and exercise plan?(I finally know how to spell exercise XD)
Yogurt for breakfast, sammitch on whole wheat bread with 2 slices of tomatoe, tablespoon of mericle whip, and 4 slices of ham for lunch, and for dinner, small portions of...something XD for dinner, but usually salad, and various exercises...but ima try to walk for an hour on the treadmill everyday or at least every other day, and next week (finally) my mom's gunna start taking me to curves a few days in the week and I might start this beginning class for yoga. Keep staying strong you guys :)

Ht. 5'4", Start: 153 lb, Today: 156 lb, Goal: 135 lb - hey, I've been working out a lot lately. going to the gym for two hours twice a week and lifting weights and running. i have an hour of tennis lessons and an hour and a half of swim team four days a week. after working out yesterday i weighed myself again and i was three to four pounds heavier. is my scale wrong or not do you think? also my starting weight was weighed on my mothers scale, but at my fathers house i weigh myself and it says i weigh 163 lbs. and at the YMCA it say i weigh 158 lbs. which one should i go with? also i have trouble with eating the right things. i eat junk whenever I'm bored. this is a problem. any ideas for stopping this. thank you!

Ht. 5'2", Start: 203 lb, Today: 173 lb, Goal: 125 lb - ok today I didn't eat so well. but I did a lot of exercsing. I cleaned my closet that took about an hour, 30 min of painting garge door, 60 min of painting deck. Then 60 min of walking the away the pounds which is 3 miles. I ate about 1500 calories or more. Then I'm gonna do 15 more min maybe. So how did I do

Ht. 5'3", Start: 160 lb, Today: 154 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Ok I'm really good on my healthy eating habbits except at night.I always do really bad with sweets and snacking.I have two brothers and one sister and they are all extremely skinny. They whatever they want too. Since my sister is 9 she loves cookies and cakes. So my mom always brings them home. I feel so left out even my parents are thin.I'm the only one and I always feel huge. Is there any tips to help me keep up my will power.

Ht. 5'3", Start: 160 lb, Today: 138 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Ok I'm pretty bummed here...considering I had a horrible day yesterday and the lowest I've been this week is 136 and the highest 139, and currently Im about 138, but my most stable was 137. And I'm loosing weight slowly now. So, I've decided that I'm gunna keep doing my healthy eating, and keep excersizing and weigh-in at the end of every week. But one quick question: should I eat 3 full meals per day or 5 small meals? Or does it matter? And whats an example of 5 small meals? I'd probably have to boost the excercize if I ate 5 small meals too, huh? And is walking for an hour per day good excersize? AND HOW THE HEC DO YOU SPELL EXCERSIZE X.x Thanks :) Stay strong, you guys.

Ht. 5'7", Start: 240 lb, Today: 174 lb, Goal: 145 lb - I dropped 2 more pounds. It took me a whole month. Now I am at 174. I am hoping to maybe lose another 2 within this next week since I usually lose 4 a month all at once. I have to do my run tonight, but my food intake was good today.

Ht. 5'8", Start: 270 lb, Today: 265 lb, Goal: 165 lb - Yes i changed my goal..... I just dont understand why i cant have enough motivation to keep up with my diet. My mother singed me up for L.A Fitness, which is very nice. I really really REALLY want to loose weight . I'm on the calorie diet but it seems so hard! I just get so up set with the rules and all. HELPPPPPPPPPPPPPP!!!!!!!!!

Ht. 5'6", Start: 202 lb, Today: 200 lb, Goal: 160 lb - I totally had a bad day today with the fourth and all the yummy food.I did real well for breakfast(watermelon)and lunch(salad).But then came dinner...chips, a hotdog with a bun some corn and beans adn dessert was ice cream sandwich and i had a cookie. OMG i am so fat im going to get on the treadmill and work my but off i feel really sick not just like my stomache wise but i feel like i let myself down too.So its time to kick back into high gear tomorrow 30 pounds by late August.I CAN DO IT...i hope!!!! =(

Ht. 5'9", Start: 181 lb, Today: 179 lb, Goal: 145 lb - Yay! I've lost 2 pounds! :) Me and my family just had a sit-down dinner, in our dining room, at a table! We NEVER do that! Usually I just make a couple hotdogs in the micro and eat them while watching TV, but this was great! We had tofu, chicken , rice and veggies! I'm totally full! I think overweight children probably don't have sit-down dinners and just pig out forr hours in front of a screen, so this was great!
