Ht. 5'4", Start: 204 lb, Today: 185 lb, Goal: 145 lb - hey guys~ i ate so much today =( i had 2 kids hamburgers,large fries and a pop from macdonalds for lunch then i had 3 hotdogs for supper, i had a few chips tonight and i also went to DQ and had icecream cake in a cup... but the worst part is that after eating all of that today, i am STILL hungry! it seems like i am never completly full and i always have room for more food. i really want to lose weight but i have no willpower and it doesn't help when you have sisters who are all skinny and eat whatever they want around you, because you see them eating and it makes you want to eat as well. i say all the time that i am going to start eating healthy and excersing but i always end up not doing it because there is more junk food in my house then healthy foods and i am usually too lazy to exercise because it's really hot outside and i never go swimming or wear a bathing suit because i am ashamed of my body. i really don't know what to do. i need to lose weight for my health, i just don't know how i am going to cut out fast food and takeout. i also work at a fast food place and i usually eat on my breaks. it's so hard to lose weight so i have a lot of respect and support for all you people here who are trying and doing your best. if any of you guys here could give me some tips on how to lose weight a healthy way, please write back. thanks! good luCK everYONe~

My best advice is get started NOW. Start exercising and eating healthy tomorrow. Dieting gets SOOOO much easier after you give it some time. I eat fast food ALL the time. I usually get a Griled chicken salad with low cal italian dressing. They are pretty filling. My summer survival foods are, popsicles(sugar free, icee pops, fudgesicles, etc) 100 calorie pack microwaveable popcorn(soo much popcorn for so little calories!) UNSWEETENED iced tea, SUBWAY(yummmm) Grilled chicken(goes with everything!) and Honey nut cherrios! So starting tomorrow have a good breakfast and go for a 20 min walk. Then relax, hang out go to a movie then have a healthy lunch. do 20 more mins of exercise.then after dinner do 20 more mins of exercise. Good luck
