Ht. 5'3", Start: 160 lb, Today: 137 lb, Goal: 120 lb - Ok I'm feelin better now cause I'm back on track. My goal for the end of the summer is to lose at least 10 more pounds, and the good thing about that is I'll finally be at a healthy weight. So I was wondering how this sounds for a daily diet and exercise plan?(I finally know how to spell exercise XD) Yogurt for breakfast, sammitch on whole wheat bread with 2 slices of tomatoe, tablespoon of mericle whip, and 4 slices of ham for lunch, and for dinner, small portions of...something XD for dinner, but usually salad, and various exercises...but ima try to walk for an hour on the treadmill everyday or at least every other day, and next week (finally) my mom's gunna start taking me to curves a few days in the week and I might start this beginning class for yoga. Keep staying strong you guys :)
