Ht. 5'3", Start: 14 st 8, Today: 14 st 8, Goal: 10 st 0 - My holiday is in 50 days, honestly, how much weight could i possibly loose by then if i really stick to it and try hard? I do quite alot of walking during the day, and i'm gonna start doing cardio exercise in the mornings and night, and do a workout dvd every other day. Im also going to drink 2 litres of water every day (which i already do) cut down on junk food, and eat more chicken and salad and fruit for snacks. SO HOW MUCH WILL I HONESTLY LOOSE IN 50 DAYS? Any help is appreciated.    (Note: 14 st 8 is 204 lb.)

Ht. 5'3", Start: 160 lb, Today: 138 lb, Goal: 120 lb - :D:D:D WOO! You guys were very right. I was so stressed about today, cause I was going to Warped and was gunna end up eating a lot of junk food, but I went, I ate not so great, but I was walking a lot and all that jazz, and I came home and I only gained a pound :D I was pretty thrilled cause I was sure I'd gain all my weight back again. And I had a pretty cool time, too :) Anyone else going, have fun! So yah I've now decided that Saturdays will be my 'treat days' where Ill have a butterfinger or a peice of white chocolate or something. And I'm not so worked up about having a hot dog on July 4th :) Thanks guys, ima go take a long walk just to feel good, and hope you guys are staying strong as always!

Ht. 5'3", Start: 218 lb, Today: 202 lb, Goal: 150 lb - So I started my diet on Thursday (1200 calories,lots of veggies and trying to eat healthy), and I've been doing really good with that... And I've even been walking and jogging for 30 minutes every day since. I'm a little sad because I've gained about a pound and a half since Thursday. Is it possible that it's muscle? Or am I just doing something wrong?

Ht. 6'4", Start: 220 lb, Today: 227 lb, Goal: 170 lb - Today me and some of my friends walked 10 miles today! I went to weigh myself and now I weigh 227! 4 lbs! My plan that I did today was to walk 30 mins. in the morning after breakfast, do cardio at 2 after lunch, then walk for 30 mins after dinner.Every saturday me and some friends are going to the track to walk 10 miles like we did today. If the weather is good. There also was some diet changes. No junk food!Like chips and candy an pop. This morning i had some fruit with a glass of skim milk. Lunch I had a lean cousine with steemed veggies and skim milk. And dinner i had pasta with no sause and some steemed veggies with a glass of skim milk. with this plan that i tried today im trying to include all food groups. It seems to work. i lost 4 lb today! do you think that this is good. If you have any tips please tell.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 160 lb, Today: 130 lb, Goal: 105 lb - Ok I am really 125 lbs but the website won't let me post if I only weigh that. That should mean I shouldn't be on this website but I like it here it keeps me motivated and since my whole family is super super skinny I don't feel so alone when I come here. Ok so today I had breakfast-2 egg whites, 1/2 banana, 1/2 wheat tortilla= 127 cal. Lunch-100 cal. chicken noodle soup snacks- none YET Dinner- not there yet. Exercise- 100 sit ups, advanced core and strength from the book "The diet for teens", 45 min. on exercise bike, and 40 min. walk/jog around my block, hilly. How did I do so far?

Ht. 6'4", Start: 220 lb, Today: 231 lb, Goal: 170 lb - I woke up this morning, went down the stairs and i broke through one of the stairs. I feel so huge! I can never seem to get rid of this feeling. I have a hard time getting in a car because Im so tall,but I weigh the car down to the ground.Most of my friends say that I don't look [that] fat. My arms and my chest are built,but i have some fat on my stomach and love handles,and a pretty fat butt.

Ht. 5'2", Start: 150 lb, Today: 148 lb, Goal: 130 lb - Ok well I've decided that each day I'm going to say what I ate and what I did for exercise. So here's yesterday. ~~~~~Breakfast: bowl of Fruit Loops w/ skim milk, 2 tbs. of peanut butter(not in cereal, but just to eat seperately), water. Lunch: ham and cheese on wheat bread, an apple, milk. Dinner: Smart One's - Chicken Carabona, milk. Exercise: walked around the block before breakfast and after dinner.~~~~~ And guess what? When I weighed in this morning, I had lost two pounds! So here's today. ~~~~~Breakfast: Cap'n Crunch w/ skim milk, a hard-boiled egg, water. Lunch: turkey and cheese on wheat bread, an apple, milk. Dinner: Smart One'- Meat Loaf and mashed potatos, water. Exercise: Walked around the block twice after dinner.~~~~~Ok well I think I'm doing pretty good. What do you think? Oh! Im really pleased, maybe its just water weight but im still really pleased and motivated. Im now almost in the healthy weight range but I want to stay here until ive reached my goal weight, if I dont i will just gain it all back probebly. Hope everyone else who is weighin in today has done good.xx
