Ht. 5'4", Start: 140 lb, Today: 142 lb, Goal: 105 lb - have you got any exercise tips for inside. i find it hard to get motivated to run outside so want kind of things can you do inside without equipment?- preferably like cardio rather than toning

lunges and squats dont sound like cardio but donig them really increases you heart rate and helps you loose weight
